  1. I'd heard it was a WA entrants?
  2. Couldn't agree more Big Marn.......
  3. I don't see why the better quality ones wouldn't cope? We use them on "non water jacket housing" turbo diesel marine turbos often, and they spend hours at a time under high load with the turbos glowing.

    Evidently I'm talking myself up quite a bit too much by saying 200k's under the bridge. lolol (that will come with the mods I have planned though, Hopefully! ) Let's call it 180?;
  5. I need to show the Powderfinger appreciation due to them being fellow Brisbane born and bred

You get the idea Harry, I'm rounding numbers, and as all good racers are known to do, always round up!
  7. Bit sad I won't be able to join you lot even just to spectate. Bright side is Powderfinger's finale at Riverstage is what's keeping me away. I'm sure you'll all have an absolute ball!
  8. Thanks for the wrap up Mark, good read. Shame about your engine dramas too
  9. Glad you made it through Mark I'm patiently awaiting a post-rally wrap up....... amongst many other things I want answers on how Snowpussy got waxed by a dirty old Emo 4...... I need info, so I can start rumours. Walsh made a right mess of his M3R!

One issue with lakeside in general that it is getting just too busy. It can be quite scary and dodgy sometimes, with what is a small and narrow track with 20+ cars out in a session with VERY big variables in both car speed and driver understanding. The y DO attempt to group cars by lap times but I think quite a few guys tell porky pies to feel better about themselves!? eg; Having a 997 GT3 outblast you on the straight and gap you 100 metres only to come across him under the bridge, previously unseen, with a speed differential of 40/50klm/h, when you're fully loaded up, maximum commitment, doing 200 odd with the wall a metre away on the outside. Shit like that never gets old!
  11. I'll be up in Toowoomba 27th mate, so if you still have it then........
  12. If these are genuine aerocatch mate consider them sold to me. Can you post a pic of the ones you have and the packaging?
  13. No, dark exteriors were the satin black, where as lighter colours, silver, white etc are the grey colour.
  14. I wish it would go to another one!
  15. I don't even get the point of this entire thread, or exactly what question the OP was asking? And I can't even read that ^^^^!
  16. Cracked bum bone I see....... ouchy wowchy! Pass on my best Dunc, I'll leave the obvious jokes alone mate
  17. I'd like to lick it Roy...... you sending it up too?
  18. Plenty of bad luck getting around! Matt and co had some look luck however having legs intact judging by that pic!
  19. I wouldn't expect they'd ship that standard freight as it's a pressure vessel, i.e, Dangerous Cargo. In my opinion, you really still need to run a hand held or two, there'd be nothing worse than coming across a burning vehicle and you can do nothing because your fire fighting equipement is permanently installed in your car, 10 ft away but useless. In fact, in rallying, you still need hand helds even if your car has an installed system for just that reason. And I couldn't justify the weight of dragging both types around.
  20. I would like to, but I have no cash at the moment to top up the trade.
  21. Put a blue sticker on it..... looks hectik. And the marshalls will like it if ever they need to put you out.
  22. Daily, beach, and tow car
  23. Mine.... talk to me
  24. Wow, thanks Roy, just when I thought I couldn't feel more down in the dumps, you hit me with that.
