pul the bov off most likly a blanking plate it goes into the ruber intake before the turbo if you dont hae that get one made from alloy

Ok update not much but got the sunroof working and all electronics. I will be using a gtr gauge cluster (oil,volt snd boost) it it's perfectly where the cd player would go. I'm almost ready to install dummy motor is I can make all the mounts needed also get the electrics sorted so it's ready to run. Iv picked up a m3 LSD diff that is extremely tight so that will go in soon. As for having to modify the sump I'll be customizing a 25 one with a new pickup.

dvs jez tuned my 32 with no bov and it wouldnt stall best asking him how he did it

The sensor is useless I just cut mine out caused no problems and got rid of that annoying flashing light swear it was telling me lies

why upgrade turbo and not get a tune its pointless really. also iv never fitted a turbo that just bolts up becides a stock one

cooler installed still needs 2 more mounting points but ill sort it hadnt cleaned it yet im painting the tanks black and leaving the core raw alloy it will get there

I helped a bloke build up his patrol non rb engine all the turbo diesel parts bolt on within reason he put a 3040 on it with anti lag and it near wheel stands. We also made it 2 door welded up the rear doors and shortened the body by 250 mm. Also made it into a ute with custom sway bar links it's registered built for hill climbs the thing is mental looks cool to

How much boost

Clean the plug with contact cleaner the blow all the shit out if you have tried a few afm and same problem it has to be bad conection

I agree with the angle grinder good for jobs outside a workshop but gillo if shop you get to easy

Where are you located? It may be the plug going to your afm loose wire or pin or bad connection some where have you had it looked over
