doubt it'll do much. the stillen z tube and k&n drop in filter on the v35's are supposedly the best way of getting cold air but i'm not sure if there's actual proof to back it.
how's the brake dust with the HPX's? i'm guessing they're a bit dusty during bed in period but what are they like after that? might consider them next time i need pads also. Even though the EBC pads do a great job.
haha really? emma told me the other day and i didn't beleive it. What sort of Audi? u going to make a VIP stance king A4 sedan or something more power oriented? maaad
my mate has a single plate clutch in his s15 he says his makes the same noise as mine and that it's normal for them. He said it took 1000km for his to stop being so loud but it's still noticeable. im gonna drive his car this week and see the difference.. will report back
might be an idea just to save a bit more money, and spend it on a quality set of japenese wheels with the right offsets in a 19''. Tyres are still going to be expensive in a 19'' too.
those are sick wheels at a good price. i personally wouldn't go 18's i just think they're a bit small. You'd need at least 20mm spacers on if you were going to run +30 offset to look half-decent
Usually more expensive wheels can come in a variety of offsets. I'm looking at a new set of wheels atm with +4 and +5 offsets but they're going to cost me around 3k..
yeah +30 is a bit weak, i learnt my lesson when i bought +25 offset wheels.. they sink in the guards pretty bad but i didn't want to run spacers for insurance purposes. I'd look for wheels with lower offsets or consider spacers.
I haven't done anything to my car recently apart from gearbox/clutch/flywheel which was fun....
next on my list new rotors and pads, then to save my pennies for some Motordyne goodies.
bit quiet in here! anyone else heading to TNT on Friday night? Will more than likely give my car a run, just a little suss on this clutch issue. Hopefully i get my gear oil before then and i can change it over and see if it fixes anything.
