  4. I got a quoted from npc. 1050 for 10inch cushion button clutch. Which clutch did you get ? I was thinking of a 6puck sprung clutch But I don't want it to shudder ! I'm waiting on Jim berry to get back to me so ill make my choice soon. Hardest decision on my life !
  5. On Saturday night around 830pm Was next to a black or dark blue r34 on Springvale road across the road from the kebab joint. I hit a little boost and opened the gate up ! You had to turn left on prinny hwy and as you went past you show off your gate too sounded awesome ! Sorry I had mommy in the car or else I would chased you for a run. I was in a black r34
  6. Is it a big difference in down low response or up high pull ? If so when do you come on boost ?
  7. Do you still have the standard bov? Where is pick up
  8. Sorry to be silly ! But are you reading the boost of the ome gauge ? I put a blitz return flow fmic and a 3inch JJR bell mouth on with a boost controller. It would spike to 14psi then it would drop down to maybe 12 11 psi. I ran that for a year and it was all sweet ! Many would advise not run more that 10 psi !
  9. When I first turn on the car it idles and runs fine. But let's just say if I go shopping and come back after 30 mins the car runs really bad. It seems like if the car is flooding or the plugs are fouling up ! Any ideas? it's just started last night ! Change the plugs about 3weeks ago
  10. Sorry guys you miss under stood me. Like you guys have said I do want to fix the stalling problem and mont the air box be for I go for a tune. Ill fit this back on and try to plum back the bov. See if it helps
  11. My plan is to reuse the standard air box. The pod set up is just temporary. I want it to be clean and easy for my tuner to work with, and the more stock looking the better.
  12. Can I test if its the bov if I disconnect it? Or does it have to plum backed though the standard pipe
  13. When I bought the car the bov was to atmo and never had a problem stalling.
  14. It's a 4 inch to 3inch with a 90 degree bend off the turbo, going into the pink label afm. No oil return lines or blow by lines going back into the intake like the standard one.
  15. going for my tune very soon so i need some tips and advice. i have my gt30 on my manifold with external gate welded off it. Runs ok but stalls if i hit boost then back off, it does no stall if i down gear. any one else had this trouble ? do i keep my airflow meter in the stock position ? and the injectors im looking at buying are bosch1000cc. if they are 14mm top 48mm in length and 14mm bottom they should drop straight in to the standard r34 fuel rail true or false ?

  17. Yeah true ! Garrett Gt3076 4bolt external gate on standard manifold with spacer plate. Melbourne Cheers

  21. I'm running a fmic tbe and I'm on 12psi and I don't see any problems in my r34.
  22. Does any one have pics or is there a thread that show where the oil and water lines go ? Or is it as simple as pulling of the standard lines and replacing them with the new ones ?
  23. Hi Last night I refitted my standard airbox and I've notice at high rpm in 1st 2nd n 3rd gear my boost drops off quickly ! It holds 12psi for a sec or so in 4th n 5th. Is this because the standard turbo is running out of legs at high rpm ?
