  1. Cool, thanks. How much would it be without the stock parts then?
  2. hahahha damn yeah man, I can tell why you're not recommending me follow you, and trust me I won't I LOVE food so even with my diet now, i try to get creative and put a little more flavours in even if it's just a plain old piece of chicken breast.
  3. i left out 'if the 20kg were on it already'...but hey yeah everyone knows i'm a noob to the gym and i'm learning as i go! tis fine. nick: cool thanks I shall endeavour to clear the bar. troy: cool that's all i kind of needed, an idea of the foods you ate! sounds kind of like mine but with a much much more restricted variety.
  4. troy: mind sending me some of your cutting diet guidelines? nick: noob question, for example in the squatting cage, is leaving on 1 x 20kg per side (and removing any extras i had) considered as not putting plates back? Or should I always try and remove all weights from the bar?
  5. very nice, very nice, love the yellow + nismo kit, but curious as to what makes your car worth 10k more than 80% other 34s on the market now?
  6. yes, the usefulness of small weights are so underestimated - people always worry about how much weight it looks like they have on their bar (this is so stupid) but screw that, use those small weights to make your improvement each week! edit: HAHAHA nick i was typing that and as soon as i posted, yours appears before mine: point illustrated.
  7. another note on the cradles for GPS etc, I think that to be honest, anything in the car which creates a distraction and removes your eyes from looking at what is in front of you on the road should be minimised - and this includes GPS.
  8. white GTT at UNSW today, lunchtime. here?
  9. bump, PM me for my mobile if you wish to enquire more (or just PM me your enquries) Has 129XXXkm on it - 13y/o car so you can see that it's pretty low for an old daily!
  10. i say no terry, then 34s will rise in price suddenly!
  11. wanna battle? half an attempt at getting somewhere near on topic, i thought he was pretty beast in avengers, admired his size
  12. zomg devolve? do you have pokemon?
  13. hahahahahaha yes. on your hips, around the back, etc etc....basically what pops out of your tight-waisted pair of jeans. just call it what it is, i hate that term too but it's the first one that came to mind.
  14. super jealous, must post pictures. is that for yourself or others too? one chicken basically feeds me........hahahahahah
  15. you mean love handles? gotta hate them....
  16. Hi all, Thinking of selling off my civic as I'm looking to buy a GTT, will use it for daily to replace civic hence getting rid of it. Just wondering if anyone is interested in buying this? It's stock standard (i have only changed the headlights + interior dome light), in fairly good nick though there are a few scratches here and there, very minor you'd have to be looking to see them. Car runs very well, obviously never thrashed (is that even possible?) safe and great daily drive. PM me for more details and if you want more pictures and/or to talk about prices. Located in Sydney, NSW.
  17. too many near-naked men. also, needs more squatting scenes
  18. thanks, interesting read.
  19. mind sending me some info too? Just collecting knowledge for my future car.
  20. indeed, this will definitely affect all their sales. as someone who is only getting into cars, i can now cross off a brand of rims from any prospective list. that's one lost prospective customer right here. and thanks for alerting me to this!
  21. sorry to hijack, but Troy or anyone, can you please expand a bit on this quote?
  22. wow man that's reallly badassssss light peanut butter! had shanghai last night so gooooooooood
  23. cheers. is there an actual benefit of single/2p/3p construction?
  24. tried that with strawberry flavour last week, was just like the overpriced frozen yoghurt popping up in sydney now - except healthier and no teenagers
  25. might i pop in and say that Troy actually has said many positive things, as a noob in general here, whenever i post a thread Troy has usually been the one to provide answers, and i do secretly hope that he sees all my threads whenever i post them. but Johnny also I do appreciate the mates who help out with car stuff, we all need friends like this! but...let's just stop the arguing can we? alarm install is up to the owner - we all know this. DIY or pro, just get a good job. end of story.
