ah thanks ricky. i have to agree the nismo kit looks sweet, ideally i'd like it on the car I buy without needing to install it myself (hard to find + expensive to install!). and yes that wing is HIDEOUS. absolutely discgusting. I'm a little confused as you said "S1 = mass market car" = ugly in my interpretation, and then you said the s2 looks like a camry - so therefore you reckon both stock kits are ugly? but TBH, I do like the S2 stock more, there's something about it.....sleeker than the S1 stock. oh that and also the S2 has xenons factory! cos I WANT xenons in my car and S1s didn't come with it so therefore it'd be illegal to install =( stupid laws

ricky - yeah, the prices are just kind of ridiculous for a lot of the GTTs I see, even if they're not in particularly good condition. I'm having trouble finding a picture comparison of the stock S1 v S2 body kit, but from what I've seen on and off, I actually like the S2 body kit more because it's more 'square' and i like my squares. hahaha troy,mingy - so, with all the different stuff, is the S2 a better drive? Or for example, does it really matter if I intend to mod it to stage 1 soon or later? so in essence, if i'm looking locally, all the cars could VARY a LOT because they could have originally had different options from factory?

this world is farked already. is it just me or a lot of sydney homes don't have bunkers etc? we'd be all screwed.

epic thread revive.jpeg so the S2 is a better (more fun) car to drive overall, if we're talking stock? IE: If i'm looking to buy a 34, which i am, would it be advisable to pay that little extra for an S2 rather an S1 at a lower price?

hey CLNSKY whats up F4G! after eating at Ryo's you need to drive 2min to the main st in crows nest, find this place called cafe antica, they have some of the best gelato (italian spec) on the north shore (that I know of) and all at a very reasonable price. something like 4 or 5 scoops for 10$, f*ck gelatissimo and their mass produced frozen sugar water, this is where it's at. nick's pizza in lindfield next to coles does decent pizza, PILES on the toppings, I'd say it's about 2-3 times thickness of a pizza hut pizza but I haven't had either in a year or two - i make my own pizza now.

Hey all, Off the top of my head, the series 2 GTTs began production in late 1999 and I may be very wrong. But usually people only say that 2000/2001 are the series 2, whereas if I'm right then SOME 1999 will also be series 2. I'm wanting to buy a series 2 so I've been looking around, and found this on gumtree (of all places...) The steering wheel on the BLACK car (the one I want) is seemingly single tone (black only - S1), but seems to have metal pedals (S2 - but could obviously have changed this easily), has silver seats (or is that dark grey? But doesn't seem very dark), also the engine cover is silver + red. 1015pm last night, passing woolies in marsfield. white gtt/gtr with xenons, not sure what model cos I only saw the xenons then the back of the car hahaha.

bump up to the top. seems to be a serious lack of 34s for sale, just looking at the first page of the sale forum there is 1 GTR and 1 GTT for sale, the rest are 32s and 33s! What's going on!?!?

Wtf guys ! That's ridiculous ! Holy crap. Went with a mate to the import yards today in Sydney, there were like 2 gtts out of 2 entire yards. There seems to be a shortage going on.

Yup great advice will take that into consideration , definitely don't want to burden myself with a loan though... Though my mate keeps on telling me to buy yours!
