I dunno.....

I'd suggest meeting at RJ's in Woden at about 7:45pm for an 8:15 departure, but being a Friday night the carpark would be pretty full I guess.

How about something different - meet at the restaraunt carpark on top of Red Hill at 7:45 for an 8:15 departure... >_<

Would take maybe 7-8 minutes to get to the museum from there so we'd be there a bit before 8:30.

I recon the museum car park is going to be packed full of cars before 9pm. Maybe we should all meet at the museum like we normally do but just get there early like 7:30 8pm. Because we are not going to be the only ones showing up early

Only if it has a Candy pink sparkle paint job, 24 inch dinner plate chromies, a bright yellow leather interior and no engine mods.

Well it has no engine mods, so I almost make the cut...

It has a cracked windshield, no suspension (that I'm aware of) and the battery light keeps coming on. they're sort of 'mods'

Oh, and it has this cool paint detail where stones have chipped the paint off and the rust stain has run down the paintwork.

this is a valid point. hhmmmmm.... decisions, decisions!

I think that as long as we're there before 8:30pm we'll get a good spot.

It wont matter where we are, as long as we have a whole heap of Skylines in one spot we'll get plenty of exposure (who can resist looking at a bunch of hot Skylines?).

We need a show of hands though...

Who is coming people!? Seriously coming, I dont want to hear the typical SAU ACT "Im in.... Im out cos its my sisters bday" stuff, we need to show that the ACT is a hive of Automotive quality!!

#1 - Im in!

#2 - Frink (you'd better be coming).

Etc.

this just makes me want to get some rego on the breast...

On another note the only reason Leigh you want to meet at red hill is to snuggle up to Beau.....

I didnt know that you had to register your breasts... Is that only people with man boobs though? :P :laughing-smiley-014:

Ok so we have only got 6 so far, come on people, support your local SAU community!

#1 - Me (Bullet32)

#2 - Frink (you'd better be coming).

#3 - Matt (RB20tR32)

#4 - Mark (Bluprint)

#5 - Paul (Viper_r32)

#6 - Leigh (leech_)

    • Hello!  i just finished manual swaping my r34 skyline with a r33 rb20de box(RB71C)box  When the car is running it squeaks crazy loud and it was smoking from the gearbox area. The gearbox is fine it was tested. The clutch slave cylinder seems like it doesn't fully releases the clutch. I want to ask if this noise is from the throw out bearing or could it be the clutch assembly or disk att.xFliq87Gzw6kImKBVqDebXkj0fBqymk0JaYeP3_3SlM.mp4
    • A few small updates since the previous post and lessons. I decided to do a little interior light upgrade on the 110. I quite like the iilumo items, even if they're a bit of a premium over other brands. You'll also note the Stedi Fogs, that will go into the S15 fog lights as I needed to match the bulbs since I got the new ones earlier. I hope they fit as the body is quite a bit longer than your normal bulb.  Annoyingly, I managed to trip the fuse, which normally wouldn't be an issue until I located the fuse. I can't say I've ever come across this. I had lucked out that someone nearby had a spare, but oddly enough Toyota dealerships seem to keep this in stock. I ordered some to keep in my stash and as luck would have it, someone else nearby tripped the same fuse so I passed on the favour.  I also did a little service on the 110 ahead of some additional work coming up. It's been annoying that Goleby's stopped carrying this particular HKS filter for the 110, so now I need to keep them on order from Japan. I also took the opportunity to install a bash plate and number plate riser. The plate riser is such a cheap but nice fix to help really tidy up the car. I'm tempted to now also replace my headlights, on this car. Both items were from Project Aero.    I also needed to replace the rear tyres on the 110, and after trying to get it aligned learnt that I need to replace some bushes in the front end, so that's next.  Closing out this update with a nicer picture as always!
