Lots of bad drivers out there hey. So unlike you lot Im doing something about it and trying to make a difference by becoming a defencive driving instructor. There is a lot you can do which I would think most of you dont. Do the course and listen, and then put in to practice what you get taught.

PS, if you really think that it becomes your right to run someone off the road because they tried to race you, you seriously need to go have some stress/anger management sessions. You have no idea where that car could go, or what the other driver might do. Or hey, you might kill them...

get a kingswood. 2 tonne of aussie pride. you can hit a lamp post at full tilt (ok full tilt is only 60kmh..... if you got a down hill run) and not even take the paint off. and if somehow is does happen to dent the bumper, you can get another 1 from the wreckers for about 5 bucks, 10 if the chrome is still good.

funniest thing just happened out the front of my shop. a guy in an old school magna just did a burnout over the speed bump (one of those big long ones, not the short shapr ones) and then had something stuff up in his car. sounded like a collapsed wheel bearing, or a cv joint gone or something.

actually it does make sense.....manslaughter is to cause harm not kill...and because i was not harmed and not kiled that is why it is attempted....if u kill someone its muder..if u fail to kill someone but with the intention to kill its called attempted muder....so i dunno wat ur talkin about.
