Didnt' one of us have an ex K-mart racing wing? I think it was Garreth he is, maybe ask him!

Yeah, Gareth has one. I know where he got it from, and there's none available. I put in an offer on the same wing... he beat me by about $10

Richard: That's not a bad idea... It may be worth the severe beating I may cop! I was thinking more the 'rip and run' though haha :pirate:

hahaha I'll consider it Troy

The toughness of these standard engines are surprising me, and I've always been a big advocate of the strength of these engines... I just comp tested 162, 159, 160, 160 on my stock engine

Like this Troy??

dean, gt wings are aid to make under diffuser work, you'll need a serious of both to make them work 100%.

we just wind tunnel tested under diffuser and wing, we will be releasing them in couple of months time.

we had all the setting now to make them. but they won't come cheap bro, wing and diffuser package around $2k.

if you want to see the car in action, look at the super sedan series, we tested on Kerrick sponsored swedish prestige saab this coming 25or 26th may at qld.

real racing is very serious matter, you will need a new front bar to aid the rear dean, your front is nono for downforce.

we also tested front diffuser angle too. :O

the setting are classified until product released.

well i have a wind tunnel at home troy. it's 1/10th scale though and powered by twin black and decker desk fans. as long as you can make a model of your spoiler small enough (no bigger than about 15cm wide) then I'm happy to test it for you. for the smoke trail I use a bong or sometimes a crack pipe if I'm out of pot. can only test for about 10 mins and then I can't smoke any more and the results become a bit wild.

Hey Freddy, sounds interesting mate, I'll give you a buzz about it and come down for a chat to see the designs :)

Have you designed other front bars? I really would like to keep mine, but we can discuss options. I know the Kerrick car, but I'll take a closer look at it.

    • Unsolicited advice? Keep the engine as close to stock as you can. Nothing wrong with adding some boost and making a little more power, but given where you are, you really don't want to try to make it into a monster. I can't imagine the roads are up to it, and the lack of locla support when it grenades will be a ball ache. FWIW, If there is a dyno around that you can access, then brand new injectors are a good idea, which will lead you to (at least) putting a Nistune in it, which will allow you to put an R35 AFM on it, all of which will make it possible to make it much much nicer to drive and live with.
    • List all of your mods. It sounds like an aftermarket ECU hitting rev limiter. Like a valet mode, or a cold rpm limiter?
    • @Kapr Haha yeah thats the one. I missed that you had a built up engine, I wouldn't want to run it on there either then. It was good in my situation just to replace the original turbo on a stock engine. @MBS206Yep definitely not a replacement for anything name brand
    • You are selling this? I have never bought something from marketplace...i dont know if i trust that enough. And the price is little bit "too" good...
