R32 Globe Type

hi guys

tried searching not much luck in recent threads..

just want to know what type of globe does the r32 have as im installing HID kit tomorrow i hope

could someone please help me as im not sure what to look at when looking at the globe

1992 typem r32.

anyone know if the r32 92 typem uses H4 type globes, or H1, H3 or H3C?

not sure but i think that 1989 r32 gtr uses H3C but can anyone clarify what 92 typem r32 gts-t uses?

most R32's use H3C

some use H1 but very few

mine is a 92 GTSt type M and used H3C

but seeing as H3C has a terrible range of globes, let it be known that you can acutally use H3 globes as they are exactly the same globe. the difference is the connection to the plug. you will know what i mean ifyou are electrically minded when you see the globes...

are you installign a HID kit?

or putting in some high-intensity xenon+hallogen globes?

so you think its H3C?

i pulled the current globe out and its one filament, but its bigger than a H3C globe apparently (my mate has r31 with projector lights and says that the globe from my car is bigger than his one)

would the H1 fit? i will see if i can test it.

mate, i don't think its an H3C... i know that its either an H1 or H3C depending on what year yours was made.. 99% chance that its an H3C

go see what they look like and compare to yours and you will know straight away

It should be marked on the base of the globe somewhere as to what model it is.
