Hi guys,

I've just picked up an almost mint (has some fade on the roof and bonnet) metallic grey over silver with gold pinstripe Y30 - 300C AKA Cedric.

Some of the things done so far:

Lowered close to 3" with custom built front struts and springs, Commodore ute rear springs and short travel shocks, new bump stops.

Late model import twin throttle bodied Z32 VG30E motor.

Dark tinting

removed badges

removed paint of front grill

A decent sound install

Modified front hubs to fit late model jap wheels.

twin Air horns

17" rims

3" intake pipe with pod filter

Next up is hand built extractors, leading into a 2.5" exhaust. The only problem I'm having is what to do with the muffler/tip combo….

    • Yes, unfortunately that's the one. Signal was noisy to begin with; after driving once and looking back at the logs I saw pressure constantly swinging between 0-200psi, or staying at 0 randomly for a few seconds. There's a lot of good sensors that share the same look and feel, so don't presume they're all bad. I bought mine for 20$ off Amazon and I should have read the reviews prior, as it's clear they're junk.  I purchased a lowdollerr motorsports sensor.
    • wedding eh.....I seem to get to more funerals than weddings or christenings these days....
    • Yep, cheapest options, neglected and abused. The fastest way to dislike a car is to get assigned that model by a budget rental company
    • The noise complaint could be from absolutely anywhere, and anyone. Get it actually noise level tested to find out if you're actually over, or if you're fine. If you're over, quieten it down. If you're under, carry the test results in the car with you.
