It is only "Proposed" atm. Mightn't pass. Then again, it might.

Ohh btw there's been a few camera's on gorge road recently as well, hiding in the spotting area's on the side of the road so just be careful there too.

Speeding fines, Demerit Points and having your ride confiscated for a bit isn't my idea of fun...

Hmmm, looks like will just have to swap cars, then your car cant be impounded as it causes problems for the owner.

I would like to see what acutally consistutes a car hoon. Soon you wont be able to fart in public without copping a fine.

Poor Cheeky - U R probably right....lol - you could always just become a cop yourself! If you cant beat em, join em.

its says

A car would not be impounded or forfeited if it would cause undue hardship to another person who owned the car.

say ur car is owned by urself and someone else .. then they can't take ur car ... start putting someone elses name on the ownership ...

Monaro Club of SA spokesman Ken Tregenza said drag racing on city streets terrified motorists.

they didnt' ask the skylines club did they??

If they asked us SAU pimps .. Id tell them, I got cheered on at many an intersection!! They didn't look terrified as they were cheering me on did they!!

Stevie.. there is no way on this earth that I would wear a blue uniform.

Hey hippster.. in regards to suffering "undue hardship" thats something that is at the Courts discretion. A good one is.. "i wont be able to take my nanna to church on Sunday"... haha

check ya.

Erica,

What about if the job involved the blue uniform, without actually joining up :whip: :D:)

I have been told (could be wrong) that in other states that have confiscation rules defects are basically never given out. If this is the case it might bring back the times of tubbed drag cars cruising up and down anzac highway once more...

but then whats the fun of having a tubbed drag car on the street but cant thrash it lol...

Also i think the cops dont "want" to defect as much anymore, i went through a bretho with the gtir and the had a whinge about rego sticker not up, number plate to the side etc but no fines or defects. Also i was with say 15 cars at mt lofty and a cop came up and said they wont defect anyone unless they drift/burnouts etc. In my personal experience it seems they have been told not to defect anymore.

    • A bit late but A disk S13P fit over stock R32 GTR brakes, usually A disk front, O disk rear works.
    • Or, the height of the release bearing is not correct for your combo. Start with the bleeding and checking the slave moves throughout its range when you press the pedal (2 person required), but it is possible for the height to be internally wrong too (box back off to measure.
    • Yes, there's quite a few things that can go wrong during a clutch install. Very unlikely. I have a similar clutch. They (ACS) make good gear. No, it is not normal. It is possible that you just need to bleed the clutch slave. But the new clutch will also have a more aggressive actuation force/pressure, and so your old slave cylinder might be a bit leaky or otherwise compromised, and not up to the extra force required. Or the master cylinder, same.
    • Hi...so a "development" here aswell The swap is "done" and car went "test drive" BUT it seems the clutch(maybe gearbox?) is a little bit sad? I bought this clutch kit https://justjap.com/products/xtreme-heavy-duty-organic-clutch-flywheel-kit-nissan-skyline-r31-r32-r33-push-type "Problem" is that the first gear is hard to put into and it seems that the clutch is not disengaged. It was not the problem with the old clutch...(or like sometime the first gear would not get as easy specialy when the fluid was cold) So? Can it be like...bad "install" or is the clutch wrong ((it should not have been) i done research to get the right one) Or is this "normal" with new clutch and needs to be break in?
    • @Duncan I can try  and thanks i did not thought about VIN and part numbers for 33/34. @GTSBoy yeah it looks like iam gonna do that
