Well - you slackers can come with me during the xmas break.

I'm open for draining from next weekend, so let me know a time - and we'll all go get milkshakes from this lovely lady together...

Adzmax, Mavric, AGE -

Lara Bingle called.

It seems the original post was too subtle for some.

So, for those who don't know, Lara is the pretty young lady that caused all that controversy over the Australian Tourism ads in Britain, asking "So, where the bloody hell are you?"

So, where the bloody hell were you on Sunday? You didn't even have the courtesy to try and let me know you couldn't make it. I put a lot of time into organising this, and it's my name that comes up when the Blood Bank start asking about the value of these bookings. I don't need that kind of publicity; I don't need that kind of stress. (Worrying about it probably contributed to my blood pressure being 200/100).

Not happy, Jan!

My apologies!! I totally forgot (did'nt help that i had my work break-up party and 2 birthdays the day before  ) I'm free next all next week, and any time your going in just let me know and I'll join you with out fail. :ninja:

I asked in around about manner on Sudnay morning about the whole alcohol thing.... your system does not have to be 100% clear of alcohol .

I may have had alcohol in my system in the morning. Doubt it, but its the same thing as would i have been ok to drive in the morning??? I based my decision on the fact that i felt fine and did not feel in any way drunk. You tend to know your body pretty well after a while.

It seems the alocohol thing has more to do with intoxication, and your well being after you have donated blood. Hence the no drinking after you have given blood either for their concern over you being dehydrated etc.

I had a few beers in the afternoon and evening and didnt really feel any different, say 8 beers? As long as you feel ok and keep a check on yourself, and dont do anything that your body tells you feels wrong. Perhaps it was all the good ness in Snowies cooking? :)

So...in a perfect world i would have made passionate love with Keira Knigtley all night and not had a drop of booz in my system. If you are right to drive and feeling well (not hung over or dehyrdated) then thats whats important.

    • Hello!  i just finished manual swaping my r34 skyline with a r33 rb20de box(RB71C)box  When the car is running it squeaks crazy loud and it was smoking from the gearbox area. The gearbox is fine it was tested. The clutch slave cylinder seems like it doesn't fully releases the clutch. I want to ask if this noise is from the throw out bearing or could it be the clutch assembly or disk att.xFliq87Gzw6kImKBVqDebXkj0fBqymk0JaYeP3_3SlM.mp4
    • A few small updates since the previous post and lessons. I decided to do a little interior light upgrade on the 110. I quite like the iilumo items, even if they're a bit of a premium over other brands. You'll also note the Stedi Fogs, that will go into the S15 fog lights as I needed to match the bulbs since I got the new ones earlier. I hope they fit as the body is quite a bit longer than your normal bulb.  Annoyingly, I managed to trip the fuse, which normally wouldn't be an issue until I located the fuse. I can't say I've ever come across this. I had lucked out that someone nearby had a spare, but oddly enough Toyota dealerships seem to keep this in stock. I ordered some to keep in my stash and as luck would have it, someone else nearby tripped the same fuse so I passed on the favour.  I also did a little service on the 110 ahead of some additional work coming up. It's been annoying that Goleby's stopped carrying this particular HKS filter for the 110, so now I need to keep them on order from Japan. I also took the opportunity to install a bash plate and number plate riser. The plate riser is such a cheap but nice fix to help really tidy up the car. I'm tempted to now also replace my headlights, on this car. Both items were from Project Aero.    I also needed to replace the rear tyres on the 110, and after trying to get it aligned learnt that I need to replace some bushes in the front end, so that's next.  Closing out this update with a nicer picture as always!
