Different and good!!

When I put my SAU sticket on...the bottom half of "y" came off - it ripped :P

but still managed to get it on there, Im just extra careful when washing it I dont rub it off!

Remind me J, when we get mine and go to put it on, we do it in the garage with the doors shut right? :P

As for dodgi-ness, I was helping, we went to peel both sides off to try it again, only to find it mutilates the letters... In the end, we had the dodgiest looking "M" at the end of it, hence why most of it got torn off, till someone got convinced to leave it... :)

And it's only around 1CM off centre too!

pretty unlucky...........you should see the sticker on my front windscreen, bloody massive, it's a miracle the cops haven't pulled me over for it. Speaking of which, I should really pull it off now, starting to look shit.........

  • 2 weeks later...

Are you guys serious about graphics on the front and back windscreens being illegal.

I've got pratically my entire rear windscreen filled with a vinyl graphic (it is advertising of sorts haha), I thought it was okay to fill your rear windscreen as long as you have wing mirrors.... Thats why utes can carry loads in the back and trucks as well and that blocks your vision. As well as some sign companies are offering rear windscreen one way vision that cover the whole window.

It being illegal sounds like crap to me... When I worked in the sign industry we fill peoples rear windows heaps...

Well I haven't been hassled yet, I'm off to summernats in it so lets see what happens....

Hmmmm I was pulled over a couple of weeks ago and they didn't say anything, except told me my car was blury....

    • I know people cry at the price of the Getrag 12-14k for a conversion now, but it really is a nice mid point. Not going to get change from 10k on a gearset installed.  $30k++ for sequential.   I know you run the risk of a damaged used one and parts are hard to get but as a street car gearbox its really hard to beat. If you enjoy a more traditional manual, its the choice no question.
