Might be a Dumb-arse idea,,,but what about Slot-Car Racing,,,,There's a commercial track at hornsby we could hire. I know the owner,,,he'd love a pile of idiots thrashing and trashing his cars.

Neil.

Nice Idea Neil... I used to be a bit of a self proclaimed slot car specialist... specialist at the trashing part!

Fatz... is beer all that is in you head?

Hhmmm, having been to Perth a few times, that Bikini car wash is another reason to move over there (or spend more time there). Might have to hire a lush car next time I'm there to thrash around in (or make friends with Perth Skyline owners and/or forum members).

There's really nice open roads, everything around the metro area is LITERALLY within roughly 20mins drive, nice (ney, gorgeous) women and lots of them, I need to go and check out their track (the Kwinana Motorplex) and go back to the Cottesloe Hotel for Drinks on a Sunday arvo (as good as a day at SOS @ the Greenwood).

I'm looking into this at the Blacktown Drive in... Unfortunatly I can't seem to find any session times for Rice & Furious 2. I do know that it opens on the 5/6/03 though.

Okay, this must be the chick in me coming out but what about a 'do' where everyone has to get dressed up and (gasp) leave the cars at home for the night.

I'm seeing lots of eating, drinking and dancing on each others toes (actually on second thoughts, maybe we should skip the dancing part).

We could have it toward the end of the year, make it black-tie (or a tie at the least) and get everyone to bring along the significant other (or hire one for the evening).

Or maybe we could even have it on a boat (I can see the cruise jokes already).

It could be a little pricey but it shouldn't be too bad if we give enough warning.

Okay, now I'm rambling, but what do you think?

    • Maine Coone, did look at but to big and fluffy As for performance dogs, we had Mals at work, performance dogs are fun to watch, but, way to much work for this old rooster
    • Yep, it was only an option on the Q50 Hybrid.  Same in Japan as far as I know. And doesn't use a centre diff like the Suby's do, so not the same as the WRX.  But it also isn't a reactive AWD like other Nissan AWD vehicles are, eg. Murano/Xtrail/etc.
    • You should have got a Maine Coone then. Only thing is they're big. But so cool, and just like a dog. Or, just get yourself a high performance dog. That'll teach you for wanting Parkour indoors 😛
    • Are you thinking of Bens R32? I don't remember if his went through the bonnet itself, but it went through the chassis rail. Brad (RISKIN) bought it, and turned it into a track car. It's funny how anti people are of Jim Berry now. I remember when I pulled mine out (during an engine change) and inspected it and found it cracking badly. At that point in time so many people were even on SAU, were so pro Jim Berry, and that was after Bens GTR exploded his quite publically.
    • That's one of the reasons I got that breed, they look weird, the other reasons are they small, they are very vocal, and run around like they are on crack, I didn't want a breed that just sits around, these two are like kids on red cordial  My daughter has one, and it's a laugh riot, constantly doing Parkour around the house, sits on her shoulder, plays catch, and constantly runs around the house taking turns chasing the dog around, her Bermese though, just lays around with constant bitch face, and just looks on in utter disgust at the cat and dog playing together
