Cubes
Drop it in the rolla. conan7772
The cams have 9.0mm lift direct fits probably a bit of overkill for the rb20 but when everything comes on together is a good hit, should be nice in the RB30.Where did you get your CP pistons from? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> TweakIt at Mona Vale, Sydney. They're doing the build for me. Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/15420-r33-rb30-conversion/page/140/#findComment-1800562 Share on other sites

Cubes
Platinum, We will have to take eath other for a spin with once yours is in and running. I'm keen to see the difference a higher diff ratio makes, I'm sure your also keen to see how mine drives with the 4.363:1, by the time you see it she will most probably have a 4.11 GTR mech shimmed center. The VL being roughly the same weight as the R32 and the gearbox's having very similar ratio's it should be quite a decent comparison. Just got to get this thing installed over the holidays, I seriously have no idea how the fark I'm going to hook this plenum up, I barely just had the VL one understood, this is like 50x more difficult. MarkE
I need help re: injectors for my RB25DE head + RB25DE loom + RB20DET ECU. I am thinking R32 GTR 440cc injectors might be suitable? Will they drop into the same fuel rail? Will I need a resistor pack? Dahtone Racing
use series 5 RX7 injectors the go straight in 550cc you will need a resistor pack to use GTR injectors Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/15420-r33-rb30-conversion/page/140/#findComment-1807549 Share on other sites
MarkE
My understanding is that it is virtually impossible to tune RX7 Series 5 injectors with an RB20DET ECU. Cubes
Martin Donnan hasn't had much luck with the RX7 squirters and the stock ecu. Bad idle. Resistor pack isn't a hassle. R30 resistor pack ~6ohms, I've seen them as low as $5 (when they don't know what it is) and up to ~$30. Works perfectly. The RX7 injectors appear to work quite well with the PFC and the RB30DET. Nice smooth idle and nice starting also. platinum
reckon any of these would work/fit?
