Nissan March Superturbo

wondering if anyone out there had ever driven a nissan march superturbo. i reakon they would be great fun.

for those that don't know what they are, they are an early model of the nissan micra that has a 4 cylinder 930cc supercharged and turbo motor in them. they weighed about 770kg and had about 80kw.

I'd hate to try and source parts for something obscure like that. I find the twincharge concept interesting, although it's very uncommon. Having said that, Volkswagen have recently taken a stab at it with the Golf GT...

^which is supposed to be about the best current car for predominantly city driving/commuting.

from all reports they were a great little car to drive, very zippy and response - just how a twincharge should be.

they are trippy little cars, there was one in unique cars a few months ago, cant remember how much it went for though
