Come on guys, we're talking NO financial limit!

Chassis: Chassis stripped and re-made from titanium.

Bodywork: Doors, bonnet, boot, bumpers, guards and etc removed and replaced by carbon kevlar items.

Engine & Gearbox: Transplanted out of a Ferrari 550 Maranello. Built by Koenig. Completely polished and detailed. Engine bay done in solid gold ala McLaren F1.

Interior: Alcantara... everywhere. Enough woodgrain to make a Bentley feel like a Bluebird.

Audio: The Alpine F1-Status collection. Twice over.

Wheels & Tyres: Carbon-metallic one-piece items. Bridgestone Formula One intermediate tyres.

Exhaust: Coming out the carbon-kevlar side skirts. Fully engineered to be legal. Titanium.

Every other piece you find on the car - replaced with something twice as light, four times as strong, and twenty times as expensive. Buy two Formula One cars to use as donors.

Now we're cooking.

Damn guys, you're making me drool. You guys are so innovative and creative. must say, some of you request really simple, but yet very needed upgrades, it shows that dreams are not too far away from one's grasp.

many thanks guys, I think what I will do with my $15-$20K is basically use it to get some leather seats and a sunroof for now.

The thing with cars is that, there is never a limit or an end.

Regards,

Damn that is hot (both). I love the 35s!!

I would do a Z tune engine package. Fitting all the Nismo bits to my R33, but in carbon. Tasteful stereo install (not huge). Interior retrimmed in leather, but tasteful. Full resto in the original colour, new rubbers etc. Suspension redone, dunno what exactly. Attesa system redone and modded to suit the suspension. 6 pot fron brakes and associated rear one. 3 piece polished 19x10.5" rims.

But would rather buy a Z Tune out and out. :P

Well as in the realistic things I want to do to my r32..

buddy club P1 17's.. few more suspension replacements, rb25 gearbox, rollcage, gt2835 - reckon it won't be all done for another 2 years though.

Thats about it.. should do mid 12's, match most gtr around the track, and be still drivable. That's all I want.

i'd get a r34 gtr m-spec, rip out the rb26 and put a N/A ca18 with an auto gearbox in and put an open centre diff. i'd leave as much of the 4wd running gear in there to add weight.

on a serious note, if i had a buttload of money to through at a skline, i'd do everything i could think of. anything that couldn't be made aftermarket i would buy new from nissan to basically have a new car, with lots of mods.

Not tryin to beat everyone, it was the first thing i thought of. Easy

Give car to Nismo, And say "Go nuts".

2nd that :P

but if i was to do.

and be happy driving it anywhere i could find empty flat road.

DONE.

You've done it now....

NS widebody kit (replica) + Do Luck BNR32 rear bar + respray British Racing green with a yellow pearl in it (engine covers and plenum the same colour)

Repholster in contrasts of Dark Creme swede & Medium Burgundy

HKS 2.8L step3

T51r or T04z

Ohlins suspension

R34 6 speed box

Do Luck 66, 18x9.5's in Gun Metal

ALL the usual Nismo & N1 performance upgrade tricks

This is something I've been looking into for a while... as I'm sure every skyline owner does lol :D

I have a series I R33 gts (in desperate need for a turbo... amounst other stuff)

First I'd buy a GTSt half-cut... and then

RB25DET from half cut gets:

Tomei 2.8 l stroker kit

All internals are forged parts

GReddy intake plenum

FMIC

Then the engine and gear box gets tranfered into my GTS, making it a GTSt :)

After running in the engine

Bigger turbo

Bigger injecters

Fuel rails

K&N High flow panel filter

a few other bits and pieces to make a really reliable 300 rwkw with plenty of torque

Exterior

Five stud conversion (damn 4 studs on NA models)

AP racing brakes

Koya Imagine Rims in shadow chrome 19x9's all round

Tein adjustable suspension, street setup (dampers and ride height adjustable)

Replace my 400R front bumper with another one made of FRP (get rid of those surface craks)

Respary same factory GMG

Get the GTR spoiler I just bought sprayed so I can fit it

Interior

Black leather for all seats and trim with dark blue stitching

Dash surround replaced with black carbon suround

Fix the small imperfections (roof pulling away, etc.)

ICE

Get another Alpine S-type 12" sub

Bigger amp

Custom install with one sub on each side and amp in middle of boot

Keep the rest as is

There is probably more, but this will do nicely for the moment :)

    • It turns out that Setrab make a fan specifically for the oil cooler which is great and I've installed it with minimal swearing. I removed my 2x 12in push fans from the front of my aircon condenser and wired them into this. My main thermo fans kick on when I use the aircon anyway and would effectively already be working as puller fans through the condensor which is infront of the rad. The push fans (understandably) didn't really do much in the config they were previously in so now they're out. Now we're on to the "Oil fan doesn't really do much either!". Yes I'll duct it next if it does nothing in heavy use which it shouldn't. But hey, the object exists and fits great and is cool. Let me have this. The car is still in the "do my fittings leak oil now? do my wheels actually rub?" phase. I did a spirited drive on them and didn't hear or feel anything. Then I got back home and noticed there were grind marks on the inside of the rims, though I couldn't see where they were touching I got out the grinder and attacked the suspects. Note: I do not know how to use a grinder. Then I realised I had dragged my new rims across my concrete driveway before I did this drive. I didn't think I had damage at that time when I briefly looked...... but remembered this occurred after I did all the angle grinding. The grinding on the wheels in some very specific spots. It's not around the whole rim for example, which lines up with dragging it across concrete more than hitting a suspension component for even 1 full rotation. So everything is currently painted and taped up and I need to test it some more to see if it really IS rubbing, but from inside the car it doesn't feel like it is. In other news I attempted to do a before and after comparison of the heads/cam upgrade thing. Dynos lie, everything is in different measurements. Here is the data from the sandown back straight. Car go faster than before. Vroom vroom.
    • Here's my base ignition. +3 correction to redline when shooting water/meth which is always on. Looking at my old ignition table, I should be able to add 1-2 degree's next time I'm on the dyno.  Let me know your thoughts.
    • Given what I know now - same haha, but this was 12 years ago with second hand 740cc Nismo injectors in my S15 daily, I was too busy hunting elsewhere for the issue to even look at the injectors, running through some cleaner was a happy coincidence haha
    • Not a terrible idea. But if I ever had concerns that my injectors were sufficiently dirty to be causing me a problem, they would be out of the engine and onto the actual injector cleaner/testing bench.
    • Run some injector cleaner through it I had a similar issue that plagued me for months, even tried replacing the cat. If one or more injectors are blocked up the ecu sees ping so pulls timing and makes the tune rich overall, you'll see black smoke coming out of the exhaust and like me assume it's running rich but it could only be one or two cylinders  $10 bottle of injector cleaner and the next time I hit boost it pumped out a huge plume of black smoke, cleared the blockage and then ran great, if that's not the issue it's only a cheap thing to try haha
