Only just bought my R33 GTS-T :D

Next up... hmmmm

Depends when I finish at uni I guess...

Perhaps an EVO of some sort if I manage to score a good grad job? Or an S15?

Planning on keeping the 33 for a while yet though :)

for the last 3 or 4 months i have been trying to lay my hands on a semi built 427 AC COBRA replica... hard to find >you gotta be ready when a good one comes up!

My big dream would be to 4x4 one with r32gtr running gear :D

current car: RB25 R32GTST, probably selling soon

Next car: EVO 8 MR or........maybe a chaser in manual of course

Why: well the EVO is the newest fastest thing I can afford..and the chaser well im not sure why but I have always loved them

the skyline is my first car and i plan to keep it untill i am off my p's. then when i am 21 i wanna buy a 2nd hand DB9

your kidding me right? how in f*cks name can you afford one of those? wanna be my friend? :laughing-smiley-014:

current car: VL

next car: soarer? but wont be for a while im broke as a joke

Don't do it man... who cares about straight line speed... it's all about how much fun you can have on the corners & how fast you get through them.

I would never buy a jeep... and I used to work for the company! lol  You're better off with a real 4x4 like a land cruiser, or maybe a X5.

Unless of course you need to tow stuff or drive through rivers...

I think i'm over the whole car thing.. time to settle down and get myself a JEEP:

'Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT-8'

http://www.caradvice.com.au/3234/2007-jeep...srt8-road-test/

Power: 313kW @ 6000rpm

Torque: 569Nm @ 4800rpm

20†alloy wheels with Brembo brakes

Priced at $85,990

"5.2 seconds to 60 mph, 13.5 seconds in the quarter-mile. That makes this a 4,800-pound SUV that easily smokes a new Mustang GT, Pontiac GTO and, its most direct competitor, the Chevy TrailBlazer SS. And, you may want to sit down for this if you're a Porschephile, it's even quicker than the $90,000 Porsche Cayenne Turbo (0-60 in 5.9, quarter in 14.3)."

"Let’s put that into perspective. The 2.1-tonne 4WD will out-row a HSV GTS in a straight line run to 100km/h and will also beat one of its double-priced rivals – the Porsche Cayenne Turbo."

This is being realistic can't wait to see these for sale on the second hand market :domokun:

well so far my car list goes-

1st- Honda CRX si (excellent A to B car  )

2nd- mark1 MR2 (bloody rot box :D )

3rd- mark 2 MR2 turbo (nice car with a T-bar that leaked in ;) )

4th- mark 2 MR2 turbo (tin top no leaks + very very fast :( )

5th- current car R32 RB20 (a bit slow wish i had bought a GTR :domokun: )

So going by my past rides im thinking i might get another import probably a RX7 series 6 :)

GTShortie - My dad has one of these ...... i hope you got a truckload of money because you will need to own an oil company to run the bloody thing .... guzzles lots of fuel. It's okay .... its not really a jaw dropping machine.

Mine is going to have to be something with 4 doors and im not liking anything thats out there at the moment. So far the shortlist goes to: New/Demo Audi A6 or New/Demo Subaru Liberty 2.5GT Tuned by STI. Hopefully in the next 12-18months they bring in a really nice Soccor Mumma car with some balls.

    • Nice car! I’m glad folks in the US have gotten past the FnF and are buying real cool cars like the 260RS I was with a bunch of mates in Portland about a year ago and spotted a green Stagea (just a regular 2.5T AWD) parked about 2 blocks away and they were like “a what?” So I made a bet with them for a round of beers and said “ok one of you run down there and tell me if the steering wheel is on the correct side” 5 mins later the American comes trudging back up the hill and goes “he’s right guys. Ok what beer do you want?”
    • Should replace OR drop the tank, give it's good clean. Might be worth replacing that entire fuel level/pump/cradle thing with this: https://frenchysperformancegarage.com/products/fpg-s13-180sx-r32gtst-single-pump-hanger-kit-billet-hat-6-v3-fpg-089?gQT=2
    • Thank you so much for the help
    • Yes it is ATF. I quote @Duncan "it takes a good synthentic auto trans fluid like Castrol Transmax Z" It's not a diff. It's a transfer case. Totally different thing. Yes, fluid will come out the sender hole. No you do not really need to drain it. Just pull the old, quickly poke the new, clean up and top up. But realistically, you should probably take the opportunity to change it anyway.
    • Hey all. I’m looking on replacing my speed sensor on my R33 GTR. Will the center differential need to be drained, and if so, the center diff uses ATF fluid D? I found information on the transmission, front diff and rear diff. Can’t find a for sure answer for the center diff. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
