GH05T Posted October 5, 2013 Share Posted October 5, 2013 gonna bring this one back to life, no point in starting a new thread. actually my question relates to the above post. my S2 stag had the orange cluster guages. is there a way to make this white? i assume there is a filter contact which makes them orange? if i put white bright leds in there am i going to get bright yellow? sekay1994 Posted August 17, 2016 Share Posted August 17, 2016 Despite the fact this thread hasn't been used in 2 years I'll just put up my experience for someone else: Series 2 dash - Orange filter on the back of the gauges, the only other color you can use is red. But you can take the cluster apart, remove the faces and sand back the orange filter, use a white light to shine through and ensure you've removed it over the numbers and markings. Doing this does require you to remove the needles and recalibrate after which was pretty awkward but im happy with my blue lights!
