hey everyone i had to tell someone so i thought how about i tell alot of people. its a 1999 r34 25gt its silver, has the turbo brakes and has carbon fibre window pillars which looks pretty cool. i went with my dad and my uncle and we looked at every little bit of it, we moved the carpet in the boot and in the car as well, looked underneath and took it for a drive and then checked for any leaks and its as clean as a whistle. i should have it in a week or two and ill take some pics and post em up. oh and the best thing is i bought it i dont owe anyone which is a good feeling. when taking it for a test drive it felt great, the handling felt fantastic the braking was awsome and revved nicely through all gears. now i have to wait which sucks im real excitied i feel like a little boy on christmas eve lol, anyway ill post pics when i get it thanks for reading i just had to tell someone lol.

Awesome buddy.

I remember the first time i drove my 'line. Was raining like a mofo' then i stalled it coming home and had to push the car to the side of the road, as the battery decided to completely shit itself

After that is was all sweet, once i replaced the battery :P

Congratulaions mate - welcome to the Skyline Family

ahhh...the first day i picked up my baby. Hadn't really driven a manual car before so was a 'tad' inexperienced lol.

Drove it like a retard, stalled it more 5 times + but i didn't care. Was a grinning idiot all the way home

Enjoy your new car and treat it with respect mate, cos the minute you don't, it can come back and bite you four fold.

Drive safe and take care

ill definately take pics as soon as i get it. i was going to get the pics now but it has already been taken off carsales. i got it at power road car sales for $14,000. he is a small dealer but only works with skylines but he had a couple of 300zx's there as well. it was a bit of a drive to go and see it but my uncle lives in rowville so it wasn't that bad the dealer was in dandenong and i live on the other side of melb, ill definately be seeing you guys because ill be joining for sure. also i forgot to mention the badging on the back is in gold did any come with that or did the last owner just buy them or paint them.

it seemed like a good dealer he was a nice guy as well so i was happy to buy my skyline from there he said he was buying one of those nissan v35's, and they come with an 8 speed auto, that would be one smooth ride it must cruise at a very low rpm.

    • Hi from Canada, Both of my calipers are starting to fail. My car is a 2005 M35 Stagea ARX and I can't seem to find any parts or any cross reference caliper that would fit my car. Is there a company or a similar caliper that would fit and I could replace the OEM one. Or if anyone knows where I can find a new OEM. Any help is very appreciated. Let me know!
    • Maf is a question mark but TPS  I have set at 0.47, the fact that I’m getting proper voltage range out of it with the key on leads me to believe it’s functioning properly. I’m getting proper voltages on basically everything. I still need to look up voltage ranges for z32 maf and test that
    • Honestly no not at all, but it’s a very basic tune, it’s stock injectors q45 tps and z32 maf. Other than that it’s a completely stock base map. The file is from nistune and from my understanding if it was tune related I would be able to unplug maf and tps and it would still start even if it was a really shitty start. I have tried starting it with coolant temp, maf, and tps unplugged none of those 3 togethor or individually changes anything

    • What does it look like with highway driving? And yes, I had a similar thought as Duncan. It looks quite similar in my Stagea and I have made myself accept it as normal. Might have to look into it some day   Highway gets as low as 10l/100km on my end so I'm not as worried about it being a mechanical issue. More likely just the tune on the haltech.
