Things you need to consider:

How many ho do you want?

How many hp will the stock internal engine accept before you start having issues with durability?

Re the injectors: Pick some, doesn't matter. I run 700's & it is fine. Sard are good.

Re the fuel pump: Nismo make a good one.

It is worth replacing he AFM's also. Cams gears as well.

There is a thread on Rb26 engines in the forced induction section. Check that & see what others have done & what results they have got.

Depends on what you want to use the car for!!!

If you want to do regular track days i would look at doinfg and external fuel pump set up with swirl pot and the like. If you are just going to use it on the street i would probably look at an Bosch 044 fuel pump.

With regards to injector i would look at the 650's or 700's as they will supply plenty of fuel if you start do do further upgrades to the GTR.

Z32 AFM are definetlety the go as well.

Mine is very similar in specs, am using what I believe to be 550 injectors and HKS cams = 303.5kw at wheels using 18psi not to over-stress the stock internals. Also I am still using standard dump pipes and AFMs!!

really who tuned it..... im gonna run with the 700cc injectors as they are gonna cost me the same amount of cash as the 550cc's...

as for my cars purpose track/street car so a swirl pot and external pump are what im looking at

Hey Mate, Ive got pretty much the same mods as you are looking at. Car is nearly finished being tuned now, I had some Z32 afm's to go on but when car was being tuned I was told the stock ones are good for approx 340rwkw and mine are not maxing out....but if you fell you want them they are for sale. I opted for the 550cc injectors and a sard fuel pressure regulator due to getting them for a good price but I would recommend going 700cc. Also using a bosch 040 pump and aftermarket cam gears. Most of the tuning has been done and the power figure is around 310rwkw but I will post up the exact results hopefully tomorrow.

Tuned at BOOSTWORX-82990621

Was tuned at Southern Hi-Tech Dyno Tune. Could have pushed it further but I decided to keep it sensible and reliable. John keen did the tuning... very good.

If you're after a fuel pump, look here Fuel Pump

you wont find a better pump for twice the price. I'd say you'd want the 044.

This guy will have the pump out to you fast, I only had to wait a day, ie. paid monday night, had it by wednesday lunch time.

    • Am I correct in assuming that the R35's are getting the classic skyline haircut off the odometer?  Quick search on carsales, there are 33 08 and 09 GTR's for sale, only 2 of them have more then 100,000km's on them (116,075 and 110,000 respectively).  And somehow there are about 25 for sale with around 60,000kms? Looks like the classic skyline haircut to me =/
    • @Stringycheese  Have you only gone to the one blue slip workshop?  There will be a heap of them where ever you live, good odds that the next place you go to will pass the car.  Unfortunately (or fortunately?) every blue slip / engineering workshop will be different and will be happy passing or failing different things - despite working from the same set of rules. It's kinda like 2 lawyers arguing over a piece of legislation, each saying their interpretation is correct. Might seem strange that this happens when it comes to getting a modified car passed, but this is very much a thing. A big part of the game is finding an engineer / workshop that is on the same page as you.
    • Bah. I daily mine. ~60km per work day, 10-12 thousand km per year. What's the point of having a dirty old Datto and leaving it in the shed. It needs to be driven and enjoyed while the govco allows us to do so. It will only be a few years before we're forbidden to even start up internal combustion engines.
    • Judging by that spring perch and the normal looking spring on it - not a coilover. Well.... it is a coilover, just a stock format coilover, rather than what everyone calls a coilover.
    • Yes it is. We get stock from Nismo directly. I'm happy to take photos/video of it as proof before I ship it with timestamps or whathaveyou.
