Aw. Sorry to hear it.

There's no lower thing than vandalism. Little c*nts.

I only just got mine back after waiting 2.5 months for repair after vandalism. Sucks so bad. Still very angry - want to hurt...

my fellow skyliners, yeah it sux. Only one skyliner has been to my house off the forums to buy my rims, and he was too nice to do anything of this sort. My car is now safely garaged where i'm gettin my heavy duty clutch put in ... AS FOR THE STRING OF BAD LUCK I"M GETTIN. I got ****ed around again. I sent the tow truck which had my car to the wrong place - the old address i was given. So I ended up gettin my car towed which cost $110 for like 15km's of tow truck driving. NOT HAPPY! I'm currently poor as anyone could be. Lucky the place I'm gettin my clutch done is giving me finance and they gave me SUCH GREAT PRICES. I will tell u where once my car is done. dont wanna give away where my car is being parked now. Sigh* I being the most paranoid person on this earth has became even more paranoid, I guess I'm gonna have to save up for a NEW CARBON FIBRE BONNET. one more thing. **** VANDALISM - lets kill some thieves and juveniles ( i may be 18 but i aint a juvenile) !!!!!!! BTW anybody wanna GIMME A JOB? I'll currently do ANYTHING FOR money to get my line back to its sexy condition.

One more thing, anyone have any tricks to get my goodluck back? Any myths or tips? At my current status any luck would be a bonus - I'm currently accpeting all donations, sand paper, maroon paint and cabon fibre bonnets if anyone is giving away any.

Don't take this the wrong way....just a thought.

Maybe the person/s that did it seen how protective you were you your car and seized the opportunity to get you where it most hurts. I dunno, but it looks like someone has a grudge against you for some reason. I'd guess that the vandalist/s are definately from your neighbourhood. I don't know how you go about getting revenge. It's a tough one mate. Maybe try baiting them, but i'd doubt whether they would come back. And i would also say that there would have been more than one person involved.

Regards,

Scott.

i was thinkin of callin the cops, but the longer i waited for the putty to dry to call piggies, would be more putty on the paintwork. BTW i still hate cops and would not rely on them even though my car got vandalise. they might defect me while i make the complain. I can sooooo see that happenin.!

Sorry to here Bryan. There are no words that can expalin how bad that is. The worst I have had was a good old fashion egging from a bunch of yobbos in a Falcon. They were so tuff that by the time a realised what had happened and pulled a big hand brake turn, the big tuff boys were gone. Its such a gutless act to vandalise someones ride. It all come from envy!

Hope your luck improves

Cheers

Jason

brianlee that is so so wrong, you find out who it was, i will drive up on a suspended licence and ****ing personally reverse my back tyres over their ****ing heads and let it burn

i hate ****s who do this shit, its so wrong,

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR so ****ing angry for you man, this is the exact reason i dont go anywhere where i park my car and have to be away from it.

hrmmm, i think the only way you can find out who did it is to listen to conversations, sooner or later someones gonna brag, you got many people in your neighbour hood that you have shamed in a race? these guys are complete cowards

i appologize for the last post, seing another persons car damaged shits me off no end

yeah, narh my street is pretty good, mainly adults, except there's one wrx which drives up heaps, his g/f lives up the street i think. I've raced him once and I've beat him, off a rolling start, he "could" have done it, but I've never spoken to him or done shit to him, so i doubt so, i did beat him in a rolling start race though, but i doubt anyone could be that petty and sad... arh well. I get my new heavy duty clutch 2mrow, that should make me happier.

feel sorry wat happened to your car...u looking for good luck huh? try some stuff from a gift shop or something :) When I first bought my car, I had some jap chop sticks in the glove compartment. I think they are giving me good luck, cos I've never crashed my car yet (but soooo close so many times) also got a mashimario hanging on the front of my windscreen. I just have him there more like a guard dog and keeps away as4holes :P .

but the funniest thing is that I've parked my car in a area where ppls cars get broken into every day, Honda badges stolen etcetc. But my nissan badge on the back of the boot hasn't been take yet :P .must be chop sticks.

So sorry to hear about your car bryanlee38 :P

that's pretty fcked up....

personally, I think it's doubtful you knew them....I reckon your car was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. Could've been kids from anywhere...bought some body filler from the shop and said lets put this shit all over the first car we see that's easy to get to. They prolly thought it was really funny :)

    • Initially I thought having a pair of Recaro seats would be a big bonus, it turns out these do get a little uncomfortable on long journeys (my fault, not the seat). I had a look through the GSM Performance website at reclining seats and booked an appointment to visit their show room. I got the Recaro Sportster CS for the R34 from here, was very happy with the service received so of course a re-visit was in order. Unfortunately the two Corbeau seats I had chosen aren't on display but they had 4 other options available. Two seats dug into my back, one dug into my legs and the other was perfect. I also found out that Recaro seats use a larger bolt pattern so some adaption was required. Luckily GSM offer some universal adaptors that should solve this problem. I searched the interwebs for price comparisons and Corbeau themselves were the cheapest at £300 cheaper (for the pair). I asked GSM if they could price match, unfortunately they couldn't. I later received an email saying Corbeau would honour them the same discount, but the purchase was already made. I did however order the brackets from GSM, both arrived on the same day. I started with the passenger side seat, knowing this was going to be a little trial and error. There are 3 mounting holes at the front and 2 at the rear on these JURAN Racing seat rails.  With the adaptor brackets mounted, the allen cap bolts started to push into the seat, NOT GOOD!  The rear mounting holes lined up but there were issues at the front. The holes were 1/2 hole out, so the brackets got a tickle with the drill to modify the holes. The supplied bolts weren't going to be long enough and a spacer was needed to stop the adaptor bars from bending. A local fasteners company supplied be with some nylon spacers and longer bolts (M8x30, although these will be replaced with 35mm long shortly) A before and after I pre-drilled the front bracket before making a start on the driver's seat to save some time. And in no time at all that was in the car too. The all black seats have transformed the interior and these are MUCH more comfortable. The only downside with the new Corbeau seats is I sit a little higher, but I'll happily accept that over discomfort. The Youtube video can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wPyttKPktXA
    • All 3 I guess. The car came with the JASI Aero 4 door Type R Full Kit unpainted so this was one thing at the top of my list to complete then I noticed there were body panels parts for this kit so i picked them up along with some black mesh to fill in the front bumper and front side air vents. car is at a paint and body shop atm completing this work. Next I will be addressing the internal bells and whistles, great summer project I can do with the kids.  full interior removal - ,boys car sound deadening - pads and spray ,boys stereo, sound, lighting - Big 3, GTT or bigger alternator ,kids head lining - dye black add star lighting mod ,daughter. That's it for the next 5-6 months. I have some motor maintenance  work i have to plan out. oil filter relocation, gaskets, mounts. beyond that, mind is starting to turn over if i can use a DET intake plenum, block off turbo ports & pipe in a air intake.
    • roller coaster of a ride. Alarm system was removed & main harness was repaired where possible. still no fix just random successful starts. moved on to the replacing the ignition switch and relay. well all this troubleshooting & repair has been going on, the car is at a paint and body shop being pushed around.
