I had an interesting discussion about cheat meals recently.

Many people see them as an out for people who simply cannot strictly diet.

This isn't true, in fact, cheat meals serve a key purpose (or a dual purpose):

1: They trick your body into thinking that it is getting ample nutrients/calories, therefore, your body is less likely to go into starvation mode and do its absolute best to hold onto fat stores.

2: They keep you sane/more likely to stick to your diet and can be motivating. I especially look forward to my cheat meals whilst cutting.

Cheat meals are the safer option when compared to 'cheat days', you risk binging too hard on a cheat day lol. But if you can keep it within reason and it works, why not?

good news... I was undecided on going to dinner tonight as I know it will be a massive eat fest... and a few beers will get consumed no doubt

Budapest in Elsternwick... great Hungarian food but massive portions and when its in front of me I just keep eating lol... so I'm trying to eat very light today in preparation

been making good progress lately, slowly cutting back for summer... I've tried last minute cuts before and its always been a failure... I don't function very well when I haven't had enough to eat, I get grumpy and have crap workouts so still trying to find the best balance

lol at Jay Cutler... he really is a freak... I read that in the first year he took up BB'ing he put on about 20kg of muscle! (can't remember exact number but it was ridiculous)

Ye it has good effect on metabolism and serves to give the body a bit of a kick.

Plus one huge gorge/cheat meal isn't really going to alter the weeks diet much at all.

I'll ask the dude @ work if i can chuck up some of his pics - strict as 40yo with diet etc. He gives himself 1hr per week to "go nuts" and eat anything and everything (like 1 large pizza, 3 icecream cones and maybe 2-3 cans of coke) except when prepping for a comp. Says it hasnt affected him at all and is a good 'break'.

I got a SKINS top and it does a good job of keeping the chill out when running cold winter nights...without restricting breathing. Beats ye olde topless running and hypothermia.

u funny flamin mongrel..nah no nigerian but mostly vids posted from U.S.

i bit the bullet and got it from uncle Torrence the whole 12 vids it seems ok i guess but i aint game enough posting vids of my progress as i know i'll give up soon..im snacking on burger rings as im typing this post

    • Agreed, I've never seen a 260RS specific manual. As GTSBoy said it will mostly be stagea other than the engine loom https://www.hgeconsulting.com.au/stageaservicemanual.pdf
    • You'lll likely have to make do with R33 GTR for engine/tranny stuff, and Stagea for the body. I don't know that there's even been an actual diagram seen in the wild.
    • Haha, i kow right? Could have bought so many cars for the same amount of money (or less) but driving Unicorn gives you at least +1mln to style 😅. Like wise man said "life's to short to drink cheap wine and drive boring cars" 😉
    • Newbie here, proud owner of an Autech 260RS. I'm on the hunt for wiring diagrams specific to the 260RS, particularly S1. I've ran my eyes through R33, R34 Diagrams, there are some similarities, however continue to find incorrect wire colours and pins on connectors in the 33,34 diagrams.   I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction? I'd be happy to pay for the originals in Japanese. I can translate them, at least they would be accurate.   Any help please would be greatly appreciated, never heard an RB26DETT before let alone driven one, and I've got a spaghetti monster of goodness to sort out.   Cheers Benny
