Do they all come with their arms ripped off or is that the R-Spec model? (cwatididthar?)

Edit: damn, thought this was Vic wasteland, my joke will go unappreciated :(

not sure what you did there lol

yes they have no arms. sif dummies hit back

Vic wasteland whore checking in

Try eBay Rimon?

nothing cheap/local on ebay

No verdict as such, but I can vouch for vanilla (very subtle taste), chocolate, and banana (tastes just like banana lollies). Vanilla is my favourite due to highest protein:carb ratio and it being such a simple flavour, as though it simply had some vanilla essence in milk

I think I'll go the vanilla then. After my last experience with trying a new protein powder I figured I'd do some checking before i go balls out and get 5kg of the stuff.

How's that injury going Troy? Any diagnosis yet?

Going well to be honest. I got some Voltaren 25 and immediately felt great! Suggesting that you were likely correct on that it was sacroiliitis...So I'm just avoiding loading that joint until at least mid-way to the end of next month.

Oh also xray showed S1 isn't fused to the rest so in effect is acting as L6 - an additional lumbar vertebra. Though that's apparently fairly common, could contribute to excessive movement in the SIJ?

Has anyone ever used BNRG Proto Whey? I bought the banana flavour ages ago and it has an after taste of cheese hahaha. I swear my taste buds are screwed or something but it's so disgusting to smash down.

It's soul killing to find out the new protein powder you bought tastes foul, especially when you got 4.5kgs of it haha!

You build up a tolerance to the taste after a few weeks of just necking it though

Involuntary weight loss time, negative emotion kills my appetite and at this point I'm stressed as fuark. Drove home starving at 330, received shit news, had to force myself to eat dinner at 730. Shit.

Just purchased myself a body fat % pincher thingo.

If my funds allow me to then I will also jump online and get me some choc powder

I believe you are referring to skin calipers. Do you know the points on the body to take readings?

    • What Duncan said sounds right. Also, it looks like they only have the driver's mat. Not the rest. Because looking at the diagram: KG4911 is just the mat for the driver. KG4900 is the full set if I'm not mistaken and discontinued.   But, it looks like they may still have the full set for the manual S2. Might be worth checking for the other models as well as they seem slightly different. https://www.amayama.com/en/genuine-catalogs/epc/nissan-japan/stagea/wgnc34/6649-rb25det/misc/G49 Man, I'm tempted.
    • I dunno about that as a blanket statement. Pitwork is Nissan's "Nissan genuine" thing, and for stuff like timing belts, I have found them to be excellent. Of course, for things like oil filters, you always use proper trusted brands anyway, not whatever the OEM has taken to using.
    • Ahhhh... If you were putting 12V to the led in there, that's likely made it very unhappy. Chances are how you put power, was 12V across an LED that's meant to only have about 20mA through it at peak, and a forward voltage of about 1.8 to 2.4 volts. That circuit is likely only a 3V3 circuit, and will have a resistor in series with the led too. That's my guesstimate on that light, without having touched one.
    • Another vote for installing them and see how you go.  I mean, you already own them, why would you not fit them?
    • I have had too many of those over the years, my cars have a toolkit or at minimum a cheapy multi tool thing because its too easy to be snookered by some stupid plastic clip that stops you checking the battery terminal isn't loose.
