Ill put you to shame Andrew ;)

Damien 90% of the people here take Supps man, including me..

No one is really criticising you for taking them, just silly banter :)

Take your Supps.. Go hard and silence the non believers haha

All I get from this talk is negative crap, if your trying to say if I think I'll take supps and shit I'll get big. Your far from it.

Some positive...

Supplementing your diet with some nutrients you need can help if you don't have time to prepare food. I like protein powder shakes because they are fast to make. So they have their place as a food source and are good value for that.

Taking so called 'pretend' steroids ie: test boosters is a game of fools however.

Things sold as ZMA and others are just fancy zinc tablets. You need more zinc in your diet if you train. Cenovis do a $6 bottle of 100 tablets from coles if you need some (thats the brand I buy). There is a known ratio of B6 and Magnesium even the cenovis stuff has.

I dont bother and nor want to go near steroids, test boost and hormones. Like you said "time to prepare food" its just not that its also being off site no fridges, no eating schedule guaranteed.

Only things i take are protein, Bcaa, Multi and a fish oil tab.

Fair enough, but from outside the box only just coming in seems a little different :)

Thank you for pointing that out. Some light banter mate.

I usually do 1 scoop to 600ml water. Watermelon is good, I'm using blue raspberry which is nice as well. I don't notice any diffrerence with the xtend but I just drink it because I like the taste lawl, so usually lasts me about 6 months.

Currently using Cenovis Vitamin C and Nature's Own Vitamin D (I like chewable stuff). But I went to Coles today and on your advice was about to purchase some Cenovis Zinc (they have a "buy 2 Cenovis, get the 3rd free" offer on at the moment)...but I got sucked into their men's multi which seems to contain the same amount of Zinc/B6 plus a lot of other shit. Here's hoping it doesn't give me headaches like the last multi I tried.

My concern with multis in the past has been their minimal content of each vitamin/mineral, but these are quite large pills (guessing because of the fish oil) and the content was on par with a lot of the Cenovis standalone products.

trouble is that you want to take a dose during the day / breakfast or pre workout and then at night before bed.

    • @Murray_Calavera iam just considering options 🙂 of course it is very expensive so that why i ask here 🙂  @joshuaho96 I looked at that GCG hybrid(i remember looking at it few weeks before) So this is "that" hybrid where i send them my turbo and they upgrade the inside to Garrett stuff and then they send it back. It cost around 1200-1300 USD which is FAR cheaper than the HKS and it is what iam looking for(i just do not have experience like this...to send something off to "upgrade" ) @tylink720 that is like 150 USD turbo no? 😄 I dont think i have the "ease on my mind" with this kind of turbo. I just put over 7000k USD to "LINK" up my engine...dont want to blow it up with cheap turbo 😄     EDIT: https://www.cj-motor.com/gcg-turbo-charger-for-nissan-rb20det-rb25det-high?srsltid=AfmBOooVeOZ6CZ6r1AIv5m-KPaa6BvudIPJTY8LW78khkd-gQlsaCht9 I looked at this and it seems ok? It is that CGC hybrid and it costs around 1250 USD (with back shipping). Do any of you have experience with this hybrid on NEO turbo? I quickly look thru the forum/web and it seems very good.

    • It's funny, as Ive seen plenty of people use them in cheap builds on YT. And they actually go okay, even though a lot of other maxspeedingrods stuff is terrible. Those turbos seem reliable enough, the only part being, a good quality turbo that is "identical" to it, will out perform it day in and day out. In both a lower boost threshold, and the ability to flow more air at the same boost pressure. As a cheap cheap replacement, not a terrible choice. For cheap and shouldn't blow in a day, not terrible (like other eBay/Temu turbos) for low cost and still decent performance, that's where the question comes in to play from the results I've seen. I'd actually find it hilarious to buy one, and strap it to a paddock basher or some other cheap as POS originally NA car, and send it to the moon!
