hahaha dont think i could afford travel costs for him to tour NSW :P

good on him, if i could do something like that as a second job to earn more coin i would. But i'll assume pasty skinny white boys with no dance skills isnt in high demand for hens parties :P

Lol no partner

Have got a few compliments :turned:

Only really like this one chick who isnt into me so that sucks...

Guess I'm in the same boat, started gym to impress but now its like I'm just doing it because I have nothing better to do... Motivation really long gone, struggle town atm :/

I just
I just really want to take a whole loaf of bread, smear each piece with peanut butter and eat the whole loaf.
Repeat with 2 more loaves.

lol so do it man, nobody is going to give 2 shits. You will work it off the next session anyway, if you have no mad goals or aren't competing, don't punish yourself, it should be a fun thing to do, not a chore.

Yeh but was just to prove a point amongst friends, 6-pack is do-able without cardio. I def wouldn't work off 6000+ cals in the next session haha.

Yeah I did no cardio either

I can also confirm Birds like to take off his clothes. Gets unsuspectingly posted on my FB newsfeed

After stalling on nearly everything I have decided to cut away the Strong Lifts 5 x 5, doing cardio/cross fit 3 or 4 times a week (mandatory at work) and trying to squat 3 times a week drained me, my age (48) is my excuse and I'm sticking to it, LOL.

I have now gone back to my old routine with some minor changes.

All major exercises have 4 to 5 warm up sets from 10 down to 2 reps before working weight.

Current weights in kg follow sets and reps ( I have deloaded about 10%)

Sessions are all straight after work.

Critique at your leisure.

Monday

Bench 5 x 5 107.5

Inc DB 4 X 10 35

Dips 3 x 10 20

X overs 3 x 10 27.5

Tuesday

Clean 5 x 3 82.5

Shoulder Press 5 x 10 47.5

Superset of:

DB curls 3 x 15 12.5

Rope Ext 3 x 15 50

Wednesday off

Thursday

Dead 5 x 5 125 (Rubbish but working up)

Over Grasp Heaves 4 x Max BW

Arched Close Grip Heaves 4 x Max (I use the handle off the seated row over the ladder section of the heave beam)

Lat pull down 4 x 10 50 (used for the stretch)

1 Arm Row 4 x 10 35

Friday

Squat 5 x 5 107.5 (Rubbish but working up)

BB Lunge 3 x 10 40

SLDL 3 X 10 60

Superset of:

Ezy Curl 3 x 15 25 (without bar weight)

Skull Crushers 3 x 15 32.5

Saturday and Sunday consists of family stuff, cake, booze and enjoy life to the fullest.

My goal is to up my weights and see how I go.

All exercises are full range of motion (ATG and all that other correct form stuff, I am overly strict on this due to previous injuries, from me being a stupid dick).

One off the guys at work who does powerlifting has tried to get me on the 5 3 1 routine but it has to much math and shit, all I do on mine is up it 2.5 kg if I get all sets and reps.

If I stall again I will just deload on that exercise or do 5 x 3 for the main lifts and see how it goes.

Just got off my human growth cycle run whilst in Thailand. Had put on 5 kgs, ate 6000 calories, looked leaner and stronger. Now that I'm back from my honeymoon it's time to start a round of sust/deca combined with anavar. f**k supplements I say :)

    • For once a good news  It needed to be adjusted by that one nut and it is ok  At least something was easy But thank you very much for help. But a small issue is now(gearbox) that when the car is stationary you can hear "clinking" from gearbox so some of the bearing is 100% not that happy... It goes away once you push clutch so it is 100% gearbox. Just if you know...what that bearing could be? It sounding like "spun bearing" but it is louder.
    • Yeah, that's fine**. But the numbers you came up with are just wrong. Try it for yourself. Put in any voltage from the possible range and see what result you get. You get nonsense. ** When I say "fine", I mean, it's still shit. The very simple linear formula (slope & intercept) is shit for a sensor with a non-linear response. This is the curve, from your data above. Look at the CURVE! It's only really linear between about 30 and 90 °C. And if you used only that range to define a curve, it would be great. But you would go more and more wrong as you went to higher temps. And that is why the slope & intercept found when you use 50 and 150 as the end points is so bad halfway between those points. The real curve is a long way below the linear curve which just zips straight between the end points, like this one. You could probably use the same slope and a lower intercept, to move that straight line down, and spread the error out. But you would 5-10°C off in a lot of places. You'd need to say what temperature range you really wanted to be most right - say, 100 to 130, and plop the line closest to teh real curve in that region, which would make it quite wrong down at the lower temperatures. Let me just say that HPTuners are not being realistic in only allowing for a simple linear curve.
    • I feel I should re-iterate. The above picture is the only option available in the software and the blurb from HP Tuners I quoted earlier is the only way to add data to it and that's the description they offer as to how to figure it out. The only fields available is the blank box after (Input/ ) and the box right before = Output. Those are the only numbers that can be entered.
    • No, your formula is arse backwards. Mine is totally different to yours, and is the one I said was bang on at 50 and 150. I'll put your data into Excel (actually it already is, chart it and fit a linear fit to it, aiming to make it evenly wrong across the whole span. But not now. Other things to do first.
    • God damnit. The only option I actually have in the software is the one that is screenshotted. I am glad that I at least got it right... for those two points. Would it actually change anything if I chose/used 80C and 120C as the two points instead? My brain wants to imagine the formula put into HPtuners would be the same equation, otherwise none of this makes sense to me, unless: 1) The formula you put into VCM Scanner/HPTuners is always linear 2) The two points/input pairs are only arbitrary to choose (as the documentation implies) IF the actual scaling of the sensor is linear. then 3) If the scaling is not linear, the two points you choose matter a great deal, because the formula will draw a line between those two points only.
