fark they even *look* expensive. but the adjustment on the end of the lca shown is perfect. I agree with your concern about the adjusters holding, they aren't an option in our class so I don't have any experience.

what we are now allowed to do is move suspension mounting points by up to 25mm, that is one option to widen track and give increased camber. bit fiddly though, and obviously the result is not adjustable.

Well it would be one of those circumstances where you aren't so much moving it outwards as returning it to where it used to be before the top arm was shortened.

In any case the bling LCA's on the previous page are a rather sobering $1000 for the pair.

Apparently Moonface Racing do an odd balljoint/LCA extender arrangement which also migrates the front roll centre. But I don't want to go down that road again. Wasted time/effort on it previously.

it's a bit hard to say as a lot depends on ride height too. you could always be conservative and just get the -5mm or even standard length arms, then adjust camber with some adjustable lower arms. not cheap but probably the best solution.

Richard did you get the arms on yet?

Um :D Not so much.

Something in the gearbox/ATTESSA system has gone blah - probably a bearing, so I have it booked in to get it checked after Easter. Thought it best to let it feel some wrath (ok, neglect) in the interim.

    • I know people cry at the price of the Getrag 12-14k for a conversion now, but it really is a nice mid point. Not going to get change from 10k on a gearset installed.  $30k++ for sequential.   I know you run the risk of a damaged used one and parts are hard to get but as a street car gearbox its really hard to beat. If you enjoy a more traditional manual, its the choice no question.
