Nolathane Bushes

My mech. had a look at my suspension and found i have nolathane bushes, and apparently i can adjust my control arms or sumthing! does this mean i can get more toe-in and camber etc ? i have no clue wat he was on about really. Ne knowledge would be greatly appreciated

If they are at the front, they sound like nolathane caster bushes, a good replacement for the OEM ones that are soft and tend to leak. Alot do have adjustment and they are easy to adjust but I wouldn't. Just take it to a good wheel alignment guy and tell him what you want to do, any alteration to suspension geometry will affect another part and you don't want to scub out your tyres. I doubt it its camber adjustment, if it is you will see above the wheel on the top/outer wishbone joint thingy. Mine is a yellow bush with a weird nut bolt assembly, which is the adjustment.
