hey Guys,

I been looking everywhere to find a split / dump front pipe / a scrmear for my r34 could not find it at all!!

So i bought a Front Dump From (SOMEWHERE )And made 1 myself (with alot of help that is )

Step 1 - Cut the F+&KR up :D

Step -2 Make sure the flange is sealed so no air will flow throw!!

We made new hole so the air will go where we want it to go!

Step 3 alot of welding + more welding

Step 4 Welding

Step 5 Welding!

Step 6 Besides welding had to make sure the scnr pip didnt hit any cords/ hoses when fitted and need to make sure that the bolts would still go on

basicl after of a 10 hour staight day of this.

the finishing products was WOW! sounded hot! Look perfect but did it scream

let me just say i have the biggest headache : )

let me just say i made this screamer for his car and this isnt somthing u whip up in an hour it takes time and effort 10 hours straight and not 20 bux at some exhaust place it probs cost that for the gas i used welding it customing the flange alone took 2 hours u have to allow space for the bolts to go in and for it to not hit hoses etc if u look at the mpics closely there much detail i modified and changed from the stock one and for the people that think these sound like shit let thoers have there own opinon when it hit boost the sreamer lets go and sounds fcukn mad this is sound i recomend to the people that dont have all there cash to blow on waste gates new turbo and what ever come next these are reasonibly cheap and sound mad

Well to me it sounds killer untill i get a new one and every person likes different sounds sorry if i dont blow all my money..

still scares everyone ;)

haha yes is good fun scaring ppl

good work mate

I had one on my car originally.

Sounds like shit, way too loud for day to day driving considering the response of the stock turbo and gave me a headache at traffic lights from the leaking exhaust gas. So I took it off almost as soon as I had it. Then put on a proper split dump one sealed back into the exhaust, sounded better and was more responsive.

Although tops up for doing some DIY work.

*takes a breath* wow what a long postrant

Yeah we can see its quality work mate, noone's disputing that. It's only the sound.

But hey, since you seem to have some elite metalwork skills - maybe you could weld a barrier wall onto the stock turbo for the OP so it doesn't sound that bad.....?

lol

at the end of the day its a r34 with a screamr i wanted 2 do it since i havent seen it on a r34 yet and they way activ32 did it was wow once i get some $$ i can buy a proppa turbo with nice gate.. i thought i just post the topic thanx for ur opion

    • HG's high flow is not "bolt on". The core is shorter, moves the comp cover rearwards in the engine bay. means you have to deal with the inlet plumbing a little bit. This is probably something to consider with every "bolt on" turbo anyway.
    • HyperGear. Just get a high flow of the stocker. Good, reliable, and should bolt on. Yes it will want things like a retune once done, so you need to factor this in to your spend too.
    • Hi. Iam looking for some "cheaper" bolt on turbo on RB25DET NEO. I do not want "big" power just better reliability than the stock turbo which is "fot now" good but is old and i do not think it has "easy" life. One the Skyline here running some "temu" china Turbo but i dont trust those... Thanks!
