Comes complete with piping/hoses/clamps/brackets.

Without looking at the HKS site or measuring i believe the cooler is 600 x 300 x 75mm. Thhe cooler is in good condition, with 1 dent in the bottom shroud that has bent a few fins but not damaged any of the tubes.

Currently installed on my R32, but i suspect the tubing was actually meant for an R33... either way it defintely fits a 32, and most likely an R33.

Reason for sale is that the std HKS piping no longer suits my setup. My front bar was cut to suit the piping, so new piping would look silly as it wont match the cutout in the bar...so R32 GTSt owners i would most likelybe able to supply you a silver front bar to suit, simplifies installation by hours.

Offers I will only sell it if $$$ gets me close to the cooler i want.

do you have any photos to view damage and condition of cooler and pipework.

how old is the kit. did you fit the kit or did it come from japan aready in the car.

i have seen these kits available new for about $1450 delivered including duty and gst.

considering that it is secondhand and damaged i will start the offers at $550 plus freight.

Can give you photos on the car, but doesnt show you much as i have used black mesh to hide/protect it.

The damage is about the size of the tip of your little finger, on the bottom shroud. If it was not for this one little imperfection that resides behind the bar anyway, i would have no probs claiming the cooler is 95% near new. Oh and i installed it 10months ago

$550 is a start

My thinking... (and of course im the seller so feel free to slap me around)

... was that 2nd hand GTR coolers go for $700-850, and this cooler is definitely in better condition than any 2nd hand GTR cooler i have seen (i looked at many before buying this kit)

Plus it comes with clamps/silicon hose/mounting brackets etc. So $700 is heading in the right direction.

I also have a HKS air filter that i COULD (but wont) claim is new for sale that will work well with this setup. Again with the correct bracket for an R32

I think this is the one:

Perfect for horsepower applications 250-450PS (184-320KW)

Core size 600 x 301 x 65mm

hey this is the one i was checking out at eastern creek the other day?....im sure we can come to an agreement :)

so is the front bar free? its the wrong colour and its got all those holes in it! :)

pm a price your happy with

(p.s. the hybrid kit is going for $1100 which i will get soon,

probably)

nissky , like i have said to a few others, is it ok to let a bidding war start on this, as the money will go towards another cooler and piping, so can do with all the money i can get.

Photos up hopefiully Monday for those that havent seen it. n the meantime anyone willing to pay more then $700.

    • I am yet to see anyone ever regret a quaife or helical. ...other than drifting/skidpan duties. I kind of want to upgrade my factory helical with a Quaife (but really it's not ultimately that different, and is a MASSIVE UNDERTAKING), that's how good the hype is about them, that I want to try them 'just to see'
    • D2 and Ksport are essentially the same thing and basically just generic Taiwanese manufacture. Better than ChinaBay crap, but... not top shelf. Öhlins have got to be some of the best dampers around, so likely to be a good option. It's going to get to the point though where I suggest you buy from Oz. We have at least 2x excellent options here. If I were you though, I'd be talking to KW about doing something for the R33. There's bugger all difference between that and the 32. In GTR land, anyway.
    • KW only offers a set for the R32 GTR. Popular options are D2 racing, Ksport or Öhlins. I have a D2 Racing coilover set, though I don't know for sure which one.
    • Well, the good news is you have more than one very good option for new coilovers in and around your country. Worth the drive over to KW to talk about GTR stuff.
    • Fair enough, I am in no way a tire expert so I'm not familiar with all the terms and conditions. I'll definitely note down the AD09 to potentially try in the future. Rain is not too big of a concern for now as I will probably only drive in the rain when I have to. And considering I still lack experience driving the GTR I'd more than likely take it easy too. I have coilovers in the car but as I barely got to drive so far I never bothered to even check if they are adjustable haha. The suspension is almost entirely old and worn as well so I suppose when I eventually fix that in the future that would make a huge difference.
