Hahaha funniest yet somehow a serious thread ive read in a while ;) , some of you guys are insane eh.

The best i would have would be to indicate left and turn right and hope boost kicks in sooner rather than later... or plan B go to your local Muay Thai place and buy the biggest sticker you can find and hope that scares people LOLZ

due that looks like a seiral killers box of knives i like!!.....as for the pepper spray can u still buy it over the counter??

Used to sell the "MUZZLE" at a pharmacy that I was a locum at.

It has an expiry date, so I'm not sure about its efficacy after that date. It's effective up to 9m.

Veterinary suppliers would know about it. Just say you're scared of 'dogs'

If you're completely blocked off (and obviously you've come to a halt), I'd let them have the keys though before using it, so you'd have enough distance between you and them. You have to flick up a green safety catch (takes 1 sec), before pressing the red button.

FAKE BLOOD works!!

There's a saying over in the eastern states that says,

"If you want to guarantee getting from place to place on a train without getting robbed, get on while you're ALREADY BLEEDING!!! ;)

i think this pic will spark some preventative ideas.

The best course of action is just to stay one step ahead. you know what they want after all.

im so doing that... tho not sure if a full size bat will fit there so snugly on a skyline

maybe get a kids one!

I used to keep a knife in my car but with the kids these days they probably have better weapons than my measley knife.

Keep doors locked.

Keep insurance up to date.

If i do get apporached i hand over the keys get out, go to the cops, go to my insurance company make a claim, buy an R34 GTR to overcome my grief.

I had some bone heads come out at my old laser with a steel pole as I was driving passed HamptonSHS at the beginning of the year.

And this was at like 7.30pm on a week night. I just swung into the other lane as the cockhead swung the pole at my car and floored it to get away from there.

Scary shit when your just cruisin along to the video store and then you get ppl with weapons jump out onto the road from the darkness

I'd hope I was blocked in... pin the bastards between some metal! Unless they had a gun I would arc up and go ballistic... wouldn't give a shit if i damaged my car in the process because lowlife scum like that need to be taught a lesson the hard way.

i just lock my doors when im driving, and if i park somewhere dodgy looking, like northbridge lol then i turn my alarm on, otherwise i dont bother.

a cool thing to do is, leave your window down just slightly, cos then it cant be broken or smashed.

i dare you to try it lol

Yea i think this stuff gets out of hand best thing to do is train ur ass off and go learn some martial arts or take some defensive lessons you dont need to be a crazy person to be a good fighter your best weapons are ur fists if you know how to use them. :(

    • No, code 21 is very straightforward. It can only be the things described in that diagnostic flow. In fact it has no way of knowing that the spark plug resistance is out of spec.
    • Hi, SteveL Thank you very much for your reply, you seem to be the only person on the net who has come up with a definitive answer for which I am grateful. The "Leak" was more by way of wet bubbles when the pedal was depressed hard by a buddy while trying to gey a decent pedal when bleeding the system having fitted the rebuilt BM50 back in the car, which now makes perfect sense. A bit of a shame having just rebuilt my BM50, I did not touch the proportioning valve side of things, the BM50 was leaking from the primary piston seal and fluid was running down the the Brake booster hence the need to rebuild, I had never noticed any fluid leaking from that hole previously it only started when I refitted it to the car. The brake lines in the photo are "Kunifer" which is a Copper/Nickel alloy brake pipe, but are only the ones I use to bench bleed Master cylinders, they are perfectly legal to use on vehicles here in the UK, however the lines on the car are PVF coated steel. Thanks again for clearing this up for me, a purchase of a new BMC appears to be on the cards, I have been looking at various options in case my BM50 was not repairable and have looked at the HFM BM57 which I understand is manufactured in Australia.
    • Well the install is officially done. Filled with fluid and bled it today, but didn't get a chance to take it on a test drive. I'll throw some final pics of the lines and whatnot but you can definitely install a DMAX rack in an R33 with pretty minor mods. I think the only other thing I had to do that isn't documented here is grind a bit of the larger banjo fitting to get it to clear since the banjos are grouped much tighter on the DMAX rack. Also the dust boots from a R33 do not fit either fyi, so if you end up doing this install for whatever reason you'll need to grab those too. One caveat with buying the S15 dust boots however is that the clamps are too small to fit on the R33 inner tie rod since they're much thicker so keep the old clamps around. The boots also twist a bit when adjusting toe but it's not a big deal. No issues or leaks so far, steering feels good and it looks like there's a bit more lock now than I had before. Getting an alignment on Saturday so I'll see how it feels then but seems like it'll be good to go
