special congrats go to Cara for organizing, and collecting a trophy which was a huge achievement based upon the large amount of cars in the show today.

Ruby for storming up to the mike when no one was looking.. to enlighten a few thousand people about SAU, oops forgot the R31

Sunscreen,, on a sunny day

and for everone who showed up to make this one of the bigger dispays

and for SAU to get a runner up club presentation,, over all the clubs, hords of domestic cars.

nice to day to chat to all. ready for the next show..lol

thanks to everyone that came today and made the SAU display happen.........Runner Up Best Club is a well deserved pat on the back for all of you for making it happen :)

i am sunburnt. however thank you to troy for providing the sunscreen.... :thumbsup:

i still cant believe i won Miss New Age lol......... :D :D

Didnt end up staying long cause the kids were getting restless, but was good to see some real nice cars out.

Got some top ideas for the Skyline Nationals for next year (all ages bouncy castle anyone? :thumbsup:)

The SAU display was pretty nice. Wasnt too keen on that sticker covered skyline tho. lol.

Ooh, and sweet, loved the R31 GTS2! Nice bloke who owns it too.

Was an excellent day! Great effort by all to be out and about so early on a saturday morning. And a big cheers to Cara for organising the whole day, and Ruby for his world class SAU awareness speach.

Was a good day... went on a wee little bit too long I reckon... was getting a little bit restless and shitty towards the end due to the heat hahaha

mayb i shoulda put my bowzer teddy on the engine :blink:

most entrants = most cash put towards event

i would have picked them aswell if i was the judges ensures it will be around next year

there plastic trophys, next time skip show and use your entrant money to buy 1 :D

i had a couple of people at the show come talk to me about the GTR. i reckon that kind of kudos is worth more than a trophy.

A few photos,, my wireless net is slower then a non educated, no teeth, crack head, mullet cut, bogan in a 6cyl N/A Carbie Forden (=ford or holden)the day after being cut off centrelink

when it improves I'll post more up. including a holden ute with purple long hair fur on the dash..lol add to the hall of shame

Happy to take home "best presented car in club display" :blink:

Was good to meet/catch up with some fellow members who love to talk shit just as much as i do. Steve, your a f**king laugh, best gay accent ever. Trying to convince the mrs to get that 4 door 34 off ya :D

      HFM BM57 has a "bad" knee point, IIRC. It's not the same thing as the later R chassis MC.

      The ATTESSA is functionally identical to R34; there were a bunch of JDM models that continued ATTESSA including Fuga/Q70, Skyline/Q50, Cima etc as an option. All with Auto only and I think mostly for snow regions. AFAIK there were no AWD VR30DDTT sold in Australia - it is on my to do list to check regs for racing a LHD car in Targa/ATR/AASA/CAMS events because if I can get the auto to work it would be interesting to run a 4wd car The Ecuteck TCM tuning is the same model as their ECU tuning, they already have it for R35 and Dose's favourite, BMW. You buy "points" to allow your computer to be tuned, buy either a bluetooth (phone app) or bluetooth+USB+Key (phone and PC) dongle, and pay for a tune that will be locked to your tuner ( ). You can also access the tuning software yourself but 1. it is mega expensive and 2. these computers have a billion parameters that intersect, so how could you ever spend enough time on it to get a decent result.

Is the AWD in them more like a WRX where it's always AWD, or is it more like the ATTESSA in the GTRs? By the sound of this TCU tuning, this sounds like a case of someone has made some real software for it, and you just need the right piece of hardware, and then you license that specific vehicle/TCU. Or is this a case of the software will be really expensive so only a few tuners have it, and you still have to pay a license per vehicle?

      By popular demand.. it was a coil. Got my hands on 1 new OEM coil, replaced with the one that made the less noise difference when I unplugged it while the car was running and started the car up. No stutter and the engine light was gone. I guess I’ll buy the other 5 they have lol

      No, code 21 is very straightforward. It can only be the things described in that diagnostic flow. In fact it has no way of knowing that the spark plug resistance is out of spec.
