What wheels are the ones on the supra? they dont look cheap, i like them tho.

these must be like 10k lol does anyone kno if theres anything similar to these on the 35?

the others i like had difficult finding the right size. once again madonnas i think only come in 20inch??

and the vsr's were too skinny but i like how they have a black lip with it.

The wheels on the supra are Rays Volk CE28Ns. worth = $$$$$$$$$

but any combo of black spokes and chrome lips will give u a average appeal.

as for the middle pic in your post. they are quite cheap and look awsome. see them on many cars.

julz go for gtr rims or

te37 black with red lips (time attack i think)

http://www.mynismo.com/products/?id=4706

the only problem with that is they have been discontinued for i think about a year now and any left overs would cost $4500+

Yes you are right.

I spoke to GTTR34 lastnight and thats what he said, Air Lifts, so when the car goes into the pits to do a tyre change, the car can just quickly jack itself up.

Save the pit crew from lining up a jack / lift under the car and straight to the tyre change.

they look good actually, well integrated into the bodywork.

we have a winner! will need to save a bit more money tho. Anyone know where i can buy or order volk ce28n in wa?

cheers thanks a lot everyone!

The wheels in that pic are Advans.....

If it is ce28's you want then perfectrun are great to deal with (but expect to pay 4k new), otherwise I'm pretty sure jpc have a few sets of 17's.

Wheels on the black supra are GTN, not ce28.

you really need to figure out your budget.

youll need $3500+ for decent offset JDM wheels. sometimes you can have it for less but the majority is around that bracket. if you start looking for 19s or even 20s in big offset JDM will be extra expensive.

personally it sounds like you haven't got much to spend and dont feel bad because the majority of people dont.

check these guys out. they have a great range of black spoke wheels which i personally think look the best on a black car.

enjoy and gl.

p.s - i have a set of 19" Volk GTCs which would fit perfectly on a R34 GTT, but like i said they come at a cost. check my sig for details

Startin to really like these tho rush haha

"i think these are volk ce28's in 18's"

can anyone confirm if this is what there really called?

Replying to an old post, but they are either Advan RS or RZ. RZ have 4 sets of 2 spokes, RS are evenly spread. they are NOT CE28N (unless someone has changed the link to the pic)

    • A few small updates since the previous post and lessons. I decided to do a little interior light upgrade on the 110. I quite like the iilumo items, even if they're a bit of a premium over other brands. You'll also note the Stedi Fogs, that will go into the S15 fog lights as I needed to match the bulbs since I got the new ones earlier. I hope they fit as the body is quite a bit longer than your normal bulb.  Annoyingly, I managed to trip the fuse, which normally wouldn't be an issue until I located the fuse. I can't say I've ever come across this. I had lucked out that someone nearby had a spare, but oddly enough Toyota dealerships seem to keep this in stock. I ordered some to keep in my stash and as luck would have it, someone else nearby tripped the same fuse so I passed on the favour.  I also did a little service on the 110 ahead of some additional work coming up. It's been annoying that Goleby's stopped carrying this particular HKS filter for the 110, so now I need to keep them on order from Japan. I also took the opportunity to install a bash plate and number plate riser. The plate riser is such a cheap but nice fix to help really tidy up the car. I'm tempted to now also replace my headlights, on this car. Both items were from Project Aero.    I also needed to replace the rear tyres on the 110, and after trying to get it aligned learnt that I need to replace some bushes in the front end, so that's next.  Closing out this update with a nicer picture as always!
    • Yeah mate, never miss it.
    • Any going to watch World Time Attack at SMSP this year?
    • Appreciate the correction on the "ground", that will make a huge difference to looking at this. That makes complete sense about AF70/AF71 which is what I had come down to being the issue, one of these. I'll have another look in the ignition wiring when I get a chance next week. I'll also make up a jumper wire for running that AF73 test.  ECU is fine, relay itself is fine, pump harness is fine and the pump itself is fine. I am going to upgrade the Walbro 255 anyway with a DW300 I have since I need to replace the fuel sender and I'm going to upgrade the FPR with my chasebays kit ready for new plenum/injectors/dbw, but I'll get this working first. That's why this is so frustrating.
