i go into my backyard where we have our own gym we set up for less than $500!

and its got a bench press, mulitpurpose machine with lat pulldowns/rower/peck deck, ab machine, walker, ez curl bar, dumbells..... its great stuff!

Horus- I do lift over 100kg (but who really cares) but not that it changes the fact that there is a shit load of gay men around Prahrahn. (Not that there is anything wrong with that )

well you dont do boxing or anything like that do you guys ? its too hard to be a good fighter if there's tyoo much bulk, most boxers are agile and can move freely, do the 'touch your shoulder' trick, most gym junkies fail that test
