well the emanage is the only proven piggy back in our cars. and is proving power levels, and pushing further than the capabilities of a rebuilt auto trans aswell.

a few of the stagea boys are discussing another engine management system to replace the ecu, but not sure when they will conclude the results.. for now emanage. 3 of us installed and tunes and its proving to be pretty good. but then again most Greddy products are, if not all.

the emanage ultimate will be the best bet as i can keep the standard ecu and loom just loop in the emanage

also i cant run two maps one of car close to stock the other to my liking

so now that i have that sused , i reckon with letting the car breath better and a better tune it will go hard

from what you said do u have a upgraded transmisiion aswel ? what turbo are you runng ? what injectors do you guys recomend ? any point in upgrading the fuel reg etc

soz for hijaking this thread with extra stuff

i'll PM you.

Yeah, expect it to weight about the same as the Kakimoto R.

Think I love about Kakimoto is that you can listen to some of the exhausts on their website (N1 Hyper Mega for NM35 is below)

If anyone was willing to pay me by the hour to make a custom 3.5 inch muffler and system I would of course make one, but there's no way I can compete with a pre-made 3 inch from Japan, with a guaranteed noise levels and great flow.

So I am trying to piece together all the info from this thread....

I like the look (and descriptions) of the Fujitsubo Legalis. Its not too loud is it?

Would my best bet be to contact this Jesse Streeter guy and order one through him, then get a local place to install it?

PS. I am in Adelaide

Cheers

Nope. and Yep!

Any exhaust that is Jasma labelled will be pretty quiet, the legalis is the best quality I have seen yet and has no drone around 2000 revs like most I have heard.

I think they can be delivered for around 1k? Jesse may be able to get you one cheaper...

yeh when i was getting mine quoted up a week ago.

it about $966 delivered for a kakimoto.

and about $1200 for a legalis - very worth it. almost quiet as stock

i went for the kakitmoto.. i just like the look of it.

nice! would love to know how it goes after a tune. :)

S t High tech

    • Hello!  i just finished manual swaping my r34 skyline with a r33 rb20de box(RB71C)box  When the car is running it squeaks crazy loud and it was smoking from the gearbox area. The gearbox is fine it was tested. The clutch slave cylinder seems like it doesn't fully releases the clutch. I want to ask if this noise is from the throw out bearing or could it be the clutch assembly or disk att.xFliq87Gzw6kImKBVqDebXkj0fBqymk0JaYeP3_3SlM.mp4
    • A few small updates since the previous post and lessons. I decided to do a little interior light upgrade on the 110. I quite like the iilumo items, even if they're a bit of a premium over other brands. You'll also note the Stedi Fogs, that will go into the S15 fog lights as I needed to match the bulbs since I got the new ones earlier. I hope they fit as the body is quite a bit longer than your normal bulb.  Annoyingly, I managed to trip the fuse, which normally wouldn't be an issue until I located the fuse. I can't say I've ever come across this. I had lucked out that someone nearby had a spare, but oddly enough Toyota dealerships seem to keep this in stock. I ordered some to keep in my stash and as luck would have it, someone else nearby tripped the same fuse so I passed on the favour.  I also did a little service on the 110 ahead of some additional work coming up. It's been annoying that Goleby's stopped carrying this particular HKS filter for the 110, so now I need to keep them on order from Japan. I also took the opportunity to install a bash plate and number plate riser. The plate riser is such a cheap but nice fix to help really tidy up the car. I'm tempted to now also replace my headlights, on this car. Both items were from Project Aero.    I also needed to replace the rear tyres on the 110, and after trying to get it aligned learnt that I need to replace some bushes in the front end, so that's next.  Closing out this update with a nicer picture as always!
    • Yeah mate, never miss it.
