My Quest to find an r33 GTST Manual

Its still going. At the moment i got quoted from a dealer in QLD for a r33 94 GTST manual stock with sunroof and GTR kit (full) for 18200 but thats a little too much for me (by about 1200 as i have to consider stamp duty etc ).

So my search goes on :!

from memory he doesnt have a lot of time? cant remember the exact reasoning behind it... i think its just that skyline fever we all went thru trying to get our cars

If he's in that much of a rush I wouldn't like to see him importing one.

Sure you can get a late model (spec2 1998) for not much over $20K, but it is hard going through the 2 1/2 months of owning the car before you get to even see it in the metal and the over three months from buying until you get to park your ass behind the wheel.

shit yeah the wait is long.

but with patience when looking, and patience when bidding, and patience (and a little agro) when waiting for it to arrive in Oz, and patience for it to be complied and patience for it to be transported to Melb, man is my S2 WORTH THE WAIT.

ha ha ya thanks, im going to look at a local one tonight. Wine Red ( cant be too choosy with colour ! ) but it has sunroof .

ok i dont wanna get ahead of myself but i just put a deposit down on a wine red 93 R33 GTST Manual with sunroof and type M kit. WOOHOO only a vacc or racv check to go .

I didn't want one with a sunroof, but ended up with one! My head touches the roof and i cant drive it with the lining closed, but at the end of the day it's a skyline I'm still in love :whackit:

lol thats the main reason i didnt want a sunroof... i wouldnt be able to sit in it with a helmet... and then i found out i still couldnt properly unless i laid the seat back
