So far fat-lad & I are only going on the Friday, but I'd love to stay down there and go on the Saturday too - we've got tickets for both days. We've got a few people coming down from Newcastle with us.

Can't wait!!! :(

foam matress + stagea = can stay for saturday... :ninja:

Looks like it should be a decent day and hopefully a good weekend.

I'll pop out and buy a 2 day pass I think, I really can't afford it but I've got nothing else planned for today so should be good :P

I'm sure I will see you guys out there!

I brought a 2 day pass, wasn't too bad price wise when you look at some events.

I should have checked the forum again before I left!! Thems the breaks.

It was cold, then hot, then cold again. lol looked like it was going to rain. anyways, i'll be back out there tomorrow for another few hours.

Noel, did Anna survive the climb OK? I heard she ended up in the medical centre?

Quite a severe ankle sprain Duncan. The medical crew were great and she should be ballet dancing again in no time mate. :)

ahh well that is the problem with the view from the top....you have to climb the hill safely first :D

sorry to hear.....and I hope she is back on her feet soon enough! good to hear the medical guys helped a spectator out :)

That freakin hill near killed me. I struggled all the way up and there was no bastard there.

i spoke to your dad, that car looks great! i'd love to pinch many bits!!

lol......I don't think Dad knows how lucky he is I brought an M35 instead of an RS260....many a spare parst never used lying around that would just bolt up......lol!

hmm a RS260 with R32 GTR Group A running gear :)

I guess you would have to paint it red and put big GIO stickers all over it..

      What Duncan said sounds right. Also, it looks like they only have the driver's mat. Not the rest. Because looking at the diagram: KG4911 is just the mat for the driver. KG4900 is the full set if I'm not mistaken and discontinued.   But, it looks like they may still have the full set for the manual S2.       I dunno about that as a blanket statement. Pitwork is Nissan's "Nissan genuine" thing, and for stuff like timing belts, I have found them to be excellent. Of course, for things like oil filters, you always use proper trusted brands anyway, not whatever the OEM has taken to using.

      Ahhhh... If you were putting 12V to the led in there, that's likely made it very unhappy. Chances are how you put power, was 12V across an LED that's meant to only have about 20mA through it at peak, and a forward voltage of about 1.8 to 2.4 volts. That circuit is likely only a 3V3 circuit, and will have a resistor in series with the led too. That's my guesstimate on that light, without having touched one.

      I have had too many of those over the years, my cars have a toolkit or at minimum a cheapy multi tool thing because its too easy to be snookered by some stupid plastic clip that stops you checking the battery terminal isn't loose.
