if you go into the gallery and look at some of the forum users rides then that will probably help ;)

R32 - is the smallest of the Skylines ... squarer headlights

R33 - is the beefed up .... commonly referred to as the whale ... if you go into my gallery you can see an R33 GTST. Rounder headlights

R34 - a lot squarer than R33 but jsut as large ..... rear lights: one bigger than other. Headlights very square.

Im sure someone could probably explain it better. Pick up the Autotrader and soon you'll learn the difference in the styles.

Maybe a few diagrams might help...;)

The R32 is a sleeker, yet obviously older design, and can be identified by the crease mark running the length of the car, starting at the front wheelarch.

The R33, as Nizmo stated, is a "chubbier" car than the R32, and can be identified by it's resemblance to a chubby version of an S14 Silvia/200SX...

...and the R34 can easily be identified by the crease mark that is above the rear wheelarch, but not the front. **Notice I included the Nismo vented front bumper on this diagram).

All 3 have a GT-R model. R32 & R33 have the GTSt models, R34 has the GTT.

The R32 & R33 (all models) have 2 pairs of equal sized round tail lights. In the R34, the inner tail lights are smaller (like a bloody Ferrari!).

The main difference between the GT-R and the GTs is that the guards around the wheel arches are "pumped up" on the GT-R. It will be obvious when you see a GT-R and a GT side by side.

Actually they're scans of the original toilet paper sketches I got from "Red Park" the Nissan Museum...

    • A bit late but A disk S13P fit over stock R32 GTR brakes, usually A disk front, O disk rear works.

    • Yes, there's quite a few things that can go wrong during a clutch install. Very unlikely. I have a similar clutch. They (ACS) make good gear. No, it is not normal. It is possible that you just need to bleed the clutch slave. But the new clutch will also have a more aggressive actuation force/pressure, and so your old slave cylinder might be a bit leaky or otherwise compromised, and not up to the extra force required. Or the master cylinder, same.
    • Hi...so a "development" here aswell The swap is "done" and car went "test drive" BUT it seems the clutch(maybe gearbox?) is a little bit sad? I bought this clutch kit https://justjap.com/products/xtreme-heavy-duty-organic-clutch-flywheel-kit-nissan-skyline-r31-r32-r33-push-type "Problem" is that the first gear is hard to put into and it seems that the clutch is not disengaged. It was not the problem with the old clutch...(or like sometime the first gear would not get as easy specialy when the fluid was cold) So? Can it be like...bad "install" or is the clutch wrong ((it should not have been) i done research to get the right one) Or is this "normal" with new clutch and needs to be break in?
