Nee-san
Ahoi Hoi mateys, Currently my 32 GT-R has no sound system at all, this is because the knowledge that my car is marginally lighter brings me more satisfaction then any music ever could however, I do enjoy my music so I'm interested in seeing what the chaps of SAU think of a removable sound system, a system that whilst designed to deliver good sound, can also be removed at the drop of a hat so that my car might enjoy a lower then usual weight. What will I need, Head unit, speakers amps and Subs ? Is there a way to have a very marginal audio loom that i just plug the various ancillaries into when I want a system, and unplug and remove when I don't ? What do people suggest in the way of equipment, knowing that im not really interested in spending 5000 dollars on speakers, but rather would like reasonable sound for reasonable money. ILNSkylineR33s
Hi Nee-san, My mate has a ute and put a pair of splits in his car and they sound really good. They have enough bass to shake his side mirrors. We are about to put an amp in will let you know how much difference it makes. All the best, Tristan. Nee-san
rack mount all of it and make that rack removable. OR a portable jam box. That's what i was thinking, just have to figure out how to make a loom that fast plugs in and out so i dont get frustrated having to pull it in and out all the time. Although i could just buy the biggest JVC I can find to pump my LL cool J collection...
