Hi Enjoy your R34 mate. The Nismo aero kit is kinda out there, but still looks great. Even better once rear wing is off. Fat as. What have you got planned for your beast???? I have just bought my 3rd skyline (r32,r33,r34) a r34gtt auto with 92,000kms . I bought for 9k. I have a manual gearbox/clutch etc with pedal n master cylinder so I'll be changing that over to. I did hear a story that the the auto ecu is different though. Anyways there a great car. My next is a R34gtr as this gtt will be my daily driver. Every car I've owned has been a Nissan. Had Sivia's to. Lol.

We generally meet up on Friday nights here:

In the carpark parallel to the lake on that "Menindee Dr" road. There's a thread labeled "Friday night NOT at museum" here, people generally post in there when they're heading out. Meet time is usually 9:30 onwards.

Otherwise we occasionally do other things like dinners and whatnot...sometimes we go for a cruise randomly, but I think most people couldn't be stuffed as there's a lot of other wankers in their commonwhores, WRX's, Lexus (Lexii?), and Beamers who give other drivers on the road a bad name and bring attention.

On the note of your car, I reckon it wouldn't look too bad at all if you removed the wing completely, then got yourself some new rims - say, R34 GT-R rims. Perhaps even sprayed black. Would look pretty sweet then

Looks quite clean. I had the same rear wing on my GTT but got it changed before I picked it up from the dealer. It's a matter of personal choice though. The series I GTTs had the large rear wing, but I opted for the series II rear wing.....see pic.

Righto, sounds like fun. Ill have a look out for the next meetup.

Im not sure what I want to do to the car as far as looks go. I not sure what I want to do to the car full stop. gonna start with suspension and probably a fmic and see what happens.

    • Oh, also, forgot to add these photos I believe.
    • Thought i'd update on this. I was able to get in contact with Craig Lieberman and later on Darryl Alison (owner of Kaizo Industries). Darryl was able to help me verify that my car was in fact one of theirs and is helping me find more info on mine !
    • There's restrictor pills in the stock boost control hoses. That's how they set the amount that was bled off and hence the "high" boost setting. The usual mod in the day was to remove it and send the "high" boost setting up to about 14 psi.
    • Thanks Duncan, that's the best info I've read. Furthermore after learning about the PCM programming side controlling the factory boost solenoid, the purpose of the solenoid is to "bleed" boost when pin 25 is earthed, thus allowing spring pressure in the wastegate actuator to overcome diaphragm boost pressure, thus closing or reducing the position of the wastegate flap creating more boost as the turbo is able to spin faster. It's pretty cool to see a designated Pill to do exactly this, would have liked to have seen it with a tiny filter over the end for those moments in vacuum.  The constant bleed pill has now been removed completely from the system and solenoid boost control has been restored once again.   Case closed 😂
    • The wideband reading is meaningless if it's not running. Why are you using shitty old sidefeeds on any engine, let alone a Neo? What manifold and fuel rail are you using to achieve that? Beyond that, can't help you with AEM stuff as I've never been their ECU/CAS combo.
