Agreed!

Assuming you have any control over this Christian, can you make an option where we can at least close or reduce the advert back to its original size so it doesn't get in the way. It's especially annoying when you're looking at the list of topics and you can't click on the first one because the ad is blocking it.

no that retract feature doesn't work worth shit :/

i have to click within the add in a spoot that isn't a link and then click outside of the add

and even that only works like 1 in 3 times.

+11ty

Can they at least have a close button? If only for members? 99% of the time the rolly-overy-addy-closey-thingy doesn't work, I get infuriated and have no interest in the ad or whatever it's trying to sell me,and just close the page and proceed to re-open it as it's quicker and less frustrating.

The rollover thing works after you hover over it 5 damn times... I only have 6gb of net a month (usb dongle) and I spend prob a gb downloading these damn ads....

I have one 1 idea that could solve it all: we could still have ads that drop down and we wont be annoyed... how?

PUT THEM AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE! put normal ones at the top and drop downs at the bottom... eh eh?

half of the ads you move your mouse back over and they disappear straight away (or they disapear the moment your mouse is off the ad). the others though..... you have to hover over them and then wait until they have finished showing they little flash video or animation or whatever they may have. those ones shit me to tears.

oh how that made me LOL. you'd probably be lucky to use 10mb a month on those ads

the johnny walker one is the worst thing that has ever been on these forums..... i'd rather read posts from la bomba....

The johnnie walker ad is gayer than mohsen and mr eps swimming around in a bathtub full of AIDS

hey, gotta pretend where the rest of b band goes to the missus (red tube and other nonsense)

I know its f all! cant joke on nets...

f**k it

i'm downloading adblock

honestly if i was a guest and thinking about joining up that add would stop me.... i have refused to join other forums for the same reason

    • Before I get to the test day, just to finish off the android head unit. This is a demo from car start up....the standard/host system takes a few seconds to boot (same as all v37) but Android comes up quickly. In this vid I'm using the delivered launcher but have set the default to Agami since which is easier to navigate when if use primarily 5 apps. You can see the host system still takes over when required eg putting it in reverse, and you can switch between Android and not by holding the back button 3 sec. It is pretty responsive (fast) but you can see I had to press harder than expected a couple of times.  I still have the phone connected to the stock system, and that also seamlessly takes over Android music playing. v37-android-demo.mp4 The bigger reason that I put this in though is so that I can use Ecutek directly on the head unit. That gives me a dash with logging (up to 20MB only), high and low value warnings on any parameter etc etc. I've run a USB cable from the Ecutek OBD dongle to a USB input on the unit, easy. v37-ecutek-demo.mp4   The unit did freeze on the launcher the other day, I think Agami was trying to verify the license when it didn't have a data connection...will monitor and report back if there are any other problems but so far I'm very happy with the upgrade.
    • Nah that is just crappy GPS mapping, I did have a small excursion (cold tyres, damp track, surprise!), will post up that when I get a chance.
    • So 10/10 times that code is coil packs? I mean if that's the case ill drop the $400USD or so to replace them. I didn't know these cars threw codes before the issue became an issue.
