no real information to update...

your welcome Charles

and Carlo they are top feed high imp, Heslo has just bought a set so somehow they must suit RB26dett's

as soon as the supplier puts together our price's i will update i do have small update he told me today he also sells fuel pumps and gave me retail prices on them, unfortunately i left the paper work at work but ill go from memory

Bosch 044 $215

Bosch 040 $187

Walbro Int. $136

Walbro Ext. a little dearer than $136 but cant quiet remember he will supply me with new group buy prices on the fuel pumps also

all items pumps and injectors come with a full 12 months manufacturer's warranty and 100% authentic no Chinese copies

probably not PM sent i may extend this GB as i don't want to rush information but i wanted to get it started

and i will make a thread in the GB section and put a link for everyone to go register on

Hmm i found this bloke on EBAY, looks like he also sells Siemens 890cc Top feed Low Impedance EV1 Injectors for $79 each.

Following Stats:

Static Flow Rate: 83.2 lb/hr = 10.87g/s = 888 cc/min (+-/ 4%)

Dynamic Flow Rate 2.5ms PW @ 100Hz: 19.5mg/pulse (+/-4%)

Coil Resistance: 2.35 Ohms / Low Impedance / Low-Z (Peak/Hold driver circuit required)

Spray Pattern: Pencil

Connector: Minitimer (Bosch EV1)

Only downside i could see here is you would need a 14MM fuel rail.

hahahah did you note the seller, did you note in post #1 where i said parts are coming from :D

and RB20,25 want high impedance GTR use low impedance and Heslo didn't get back to my txt

and the 80lb Siemens injectors on his webshop are dearer than he quoted us already :D :D

Steve - what size RB25 injectors can you get? Currently using S15 450'cc and dont want to go up too big, ie 550's, 600's etc

Whats available?

cheers mate..... if i upgrade the injectors I'll definitely (finally) bolt on the exh.manifold and perhaps look at a greddy-copy intake plennum.

one last tune perhaps :)

this i might be interested in steve.

aye - is it wideband, and compatible with nistune/pfc?

These innovate units work with nistune for sure, and look quite decent

Thats what I'm semi keen on... does that one talk to nistune ?

-D

6. What Wideband support is there?

Currently NIStune supports the following Wide Band units:

TechEdge 1.5 and 2.0

http://www.techedge.com.au

Innovate LM1 and LC1

http://www.innovatemotorsports.com

AEM UEGO

http://www.aempower.com

Zeitronix

PLX Devices (R Series)

MOTEC PLM

Just Another Wideband

http://www.14point7.com

VEMS Wideband

http://www.vems.co.uk

DLP Design A/D Converter

http://www.dlpdesign.com/usb/io8.shtml

These units connect to your laptop via the serial port (or USB port when using serial-USB adaptor). These units output data to allow NIStune to monitor your Air Fuel Ratios from their sensor, and some produce auxillary inputs for connecting other sensors which can display and log inside NIStune.

NIStune provides several internal utilities to make the most of your Wide Band

- Dyno Mode AFR graphing against RPM

- Real time AFR and auxillary map display (minimum AFR, maximum AFR and current AFR against the fuel map)

- Logging and playback of AFR

yes the unit is wideband

looking into if its a nistune compat but i dont see why as it has its own box to read the O2 sensors that comes with it

oh :( the whole kit the guage i posted and 02 bit is $504

that below is the rest of the kit

http://www.dynojetwb2.com/images/products/wb2_kit_1.jpg

Brendan if you only want 500cc i can get the 52lb/h injector there around 535cc

    • just an update to this, poor man pays twice  Tried sanding down the pulleys but it didnt do the trick. Chucked another second hand alternator in the na car which I got for free off my mate and its fixed the squelling. Must have been unlucky with the bearings.    As for my turbo car, I managed to pick up a cwc rb alternator conversion bracket + LS alternator for 250 off marketplace, looked to be in really good nick. Installed it , started the car and its not charging the battery.... ( Im not good with auto elec stuff so im not sure if this was all I needed to do but I verified such by using a multimeter on the battery when the engine was running and I was only getting 12.2v )   I had to modify the earth strap for the new LS alternator , factory earth strap was a 10mm bolt which did not fit the bolt on the LS alternator which was double the size so I cut it off , went to repco bought some ring terminals that fit, crimped it onto the old earth strap and bolted it up to the alternator , started the car and same issue. Ran like shit and was reading 12.2 at the battery.  For a "plug and play" advertised kit thats not very plug and play but alas.  My question is , am I missing something ? Ive been reading that some people recommend upgrading the stock 80 amp alternator fuse to a 140 amp but I dont see how that would stop the alternator charging especially at idle not under load.  Regardless ive pulled it out and am going to get it bench tested by an auto elec tomorrow but it would be handy to know if ive missed something silly or have done something wrong.
    • My wild guess is that you have popped off an intake pipe....check all of the hoses between the turbo and the throttle for splits or loose clamps.
    • Awesome, thanks for sharing!
    • To provide more specific help, more information is needed. What Android screen? What is its wiring diagram? Does the car's wiring have power at any required BAT and ACC wires, and is the loom's earth good?
    • So, now all you need to do is connect the 2 or 3x 12v feeds into the unit to permanent 12v, ACC 12V and IGN 12V that you can find in the spot behind the stereo, and the earth, and then it will switch on with the car.
