Sort of used to live around that area, know the showgrounds which is basically opposite where we are going, I think.... pretty easy to get there though:

Uhm... I wouldn't go to that meeting spot if I were you. There's been trouble there in the past with hoons and it's a pretty well known meeting spot.

Maybe choose somewhere different?

you refering to the final destination or meeting spot for both brisbane crew and GC crew to meet up?

Why all the Pm's if the meeting point and even a map are gonna be whacked up like that?

just following the tradition. if you guys want, i can post it up for ALL to see.

i believe the aim of thursday nite cruises was to avoid hassles from the police but i do think they have caught onto the thursday cruisers now

Yes I wondered about that, as a speed camera was placed conveniently at the entrance of BP Yatala last week :D

:werd: on that trap at yatala... very convienient... I've never seen a camera that far OFF the road... EVER

Is the meeting place the same as the latest PM genisis?

SKa, il meet at yatala, let me know what time...

go down to the last thread. Hey, i might join as a moderator to check on the moderators spelling and grammar......hihihihi...... :P

Seriously I have several freinds who are police and they all deny any knowledge of anyone viewing forums (As they probably would do even if they knew or not) and then going and raping meets, but also they are fairly low down in the scheme of things, but having conversations with them tend me to think that you guys are just paranoid.

BUT there are a lot of people here with a hellofa lot more experence with these things so I agree it is better to be safe than sorry, just never heard of anything like that happening, only rumours and heresay so I dont want to find out through experiencing it happening.

Sorry bout the pic, thought it would be fine to post the starting meeting place, my bad anyway I'll just shutup now and follow the leader :P

    • A quick google, and some E39 users have found pulling my sensor out/apart and cleaning it alleviates their issue. Then get the oil warning to go off, and once it is off (from the sensor saying it was unhappy) some find they can just unplug it and it is happy to just keep going now. Maybe give it a crack? If you can actually pull the sensor apart, hit it with some electrical contact cleaner.
    • Yep. In the E39 it's slightly different than the others. Honestly I'd just leave it but every time I drive the car it tells me oil is low and that just makes me check the dipstick. It is a BMW Afterall and it tries to expel it's own oil regularly.  Thankfully it's not like my E90 that has no dipstick at all so you just gotta trust it.
    • Was that also a typo? $350?! Just typing "BMW oil level sensor" and prices start out a lot more sanely than $350. I'm guessing it's a sensor used in one low volume model only or something?
    • They kept the product number the same, so we "didn't pick it up when packing your order". If you packed the order, you clearly saw the box wasn't Hella...
    • Actually, the equivalent skyline part is both cheaper and simpler, maybe you should come back from the dark side?
