Hi All,

I have recently bought a S1 260RS and have been looking for parts here and there and have found that even though there are heaps more Stag's in AUS now than there were 3 years ago, it is still quite hard to find parts.

I thought it might be a great idea to put together a list of wreckers who generally have stagea parts. I know there are those of us who are more than happy to have parts delivered from interstate, like me. Who knows if this takes off then it may even become a sticky.

I have done a search on SAU and i could only come up with a few that have been mentioned in posts but i personally haven't dealt with them...yet! Ideally i would love more locations in Victoria but the bigger the list is the better all our chances are of finding what we need.

Nothing at the moment.

I thought i would start this thread so that people out there who are chasing stagea parts and SAU members don't have any, then they can source them from various wreckers around Oz.

+1 for Option 1

I got my tyres and lug nuts from them, did better than price match they even beat a mob down in Sydney who had a better listed price. Top it all off they even delivered them to another tyre place who were fitting my rims in Nundah for free.

Niiice!!! Looks like Option 1 might indeed be my first option for interstate Stag parts.:worship:

Cruising Fast, You mentioned a mob in Sydney, Who are they and what are their contact details? The more Suppliers/wreckers etc we have on this list the better all our chances are of having the straightest, mint looking stags in the country!

    • Each to their own I guess  Me, I put just as much time into cleaning inside of the cars as I do on the outside As for getting wet, it is really no different than steam cleaning the carpets at home, apart from the cars carpet dries alot faster than the house, again, I only do it in the hotter months and leave the car opened up for a few hours As I only do it yearly, it is just before I do the diff and gearbox service, so I clean the carpets, then it's up on stands, wheels off, service, clean the undercarriage,  grease the bushings and do a nut and bolt check on everything  Disclaimer: I typically had all the time in the world to kill when I was working 🤣, so spending a full day or 2 cleaning, serving and "looking at stuff" was,  easily achievable, and a fun mental therapy day As for time to kill, I retired last Wednesday, so apart from my physical training, my days are filled with lots of random jobs around the house and garden...."Idle hands are the Devils something something" I am also buying a new house sooner rather than later, I'm actually looking at a potential property tomorrow, I'm looking forward to getting a car hoist as I'm starting to get to old to crawl around under a car, I can only imagine all the undercarriage cleaning and looking at stuff when that gets set up
