High oil pressure from the fuel cap being stuffed? :S

Think your running the wrong oil. Try a 10w40. Also is the high pressure on startup? Cold weather makes oil thicker till it warms up

Anyway if you do have 5w-75 oil then yes it will have high oil pressure. Your oil is thicker, therefore it creates more resistance to flow so it creates more back pressure. Done done and.......done. OK solved.

but.....where did you even get 5w-75 oil from? That is a VERY high viscosity range even for a modern multi-viscosity oil.

5w-40 oil is probably the best choice for a factory RB25 in Australia.
