I guess this isn't meant to be a poll? Only one question - more a question or statement?

Anyway if you do have 5w-75 oil then yes it will have high oil pressure. Your oil is thicker, therefore it creates more resistance to flow so it creates more back pressure. Done done and.......done. OK solved.

but.....where did you even get 5w-75 oil from? That is a VERY high viscosity range even for a modern multi-viscosity oil.

5w-40 oil is probably the best choice for a factory RB25 in Australia.
