Has been produced to the base vehicle is a good level GTS2.5 ECR32 1993. Vehicle is certified.

Since the inspection has expired, passed by wiping.

Fabrication shop is Mr. Zenitani.

Other remodeling underbody engine, parts produced in the new, post-production, is 2 Owners by me.

After the production run is about 8000km.

Of torque in the engine and the 3150cc, up to 9000rpm, and around, rather than stress from bottom to top.

NA, 6 slots, six straight, will sound good.

For example, the drive system to run the car engine is now very good condition.

Well have heard Nonsuri.

What Hakosuka how, to swap Kenmeri production?

No rot and also fixed frame, there are no major damage due to accidents in particular.

Body side is clean and the floor, trunk, and legs around. See, please include images.

There is no problem gloss exterior color, dent is located at several points.

Equipped with power steering, power windows is about, do not have air conditioning and heating.

As point defects, it is time to replace the tire. Now I have disconnect horn button is missing there.

Vehicle underbody engine is certified mission, I think about and ride height adjustment of the catalyst they need at the time of inspection.

Friday night I chucked the 4.11:1 ratio 1.5way mechanical kaaz in with some bushes, found out at the end I only had enough lower control arm bushes to do one side, passenger side got left out :(

But yeah one of my customers paid for me to go track day so I got some practice before nationals :D big thanks to HKS26T

I need better tyres and skills (which will come in time)

my personal best is 1:29.7

Steve got a best of 1:23.2

Steve showing me the racing line and where to brake and turn (I'll get there one day)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X9ugzV-oaVQ

And driving past the pit wall (I wasnt aloud to stand any closer :( )

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZtvJOIyA6wU

Was fun, will do it again with more sleep the night before hand, though I think I done some damage when I hit limiter in 3rd in one of my last few laps :(

today did a compression test

1 225psi

2 227psi

3 220psi

4 220psi

5 235psi

6 240psi

the fuel had sealed 5 & 6 and acted as if it was a wet test, and hour later, 225psi on 5 & 6

plugs were fouled up pretty hard, CAS was a tad loose

I got new plugs - no change

Leak down test - 4% on all with 5% on #6, leaked past rings, had oil mist come through breather and oil filler cap

Oil pressure - only had imperial fittings so not able to check

Checked the timing, it looks like the intake cam and CAS went full retard (never go full retard, tom hanks, looked retard, act retard, could play ping pong, not retard)

2012-03-26172015.jpg

I played around with it and I think I've got it close to how it sounded in the originally, ticking noise left after adjusting the CAS, squeel has disapeared after top timing cover came off

Will need to go back on the dyno to get it perfect again

push car to start of right turning lane

notice slight bubbling noise from radiator :(

Pulled everything off to get ready to put new one on

Phone dies

numerous people stop to ask if i need help, only 1 dickhead :)

Many lols were had watching people getting caught by safety camera, i waved in a few (stolen idea from top gear)

So many morons still attempt to join the cue behind my car while im sitting on the boot

some even locked their brakes up cause they were too busy on phone to pay attention

spare belt turns up

cant access his battery

he persists in flagging down girls in hatch backs, 1 nearly successful

he calls a tow truck, he heads off as he has work,

girls come back, no jumper leads

11:30 tow truck turns up

11:31 tow trucks heater is awesome

11:40 home

11:45 batter and booster charging

6am reconnect battery alarm goes off, drains battery

8:10 off to Marulan

10am road works, didnt see entry after bridge, tom tom takes me down a dirt track

1pm i finally get off my butt and sign on

got 3 and a half sessions in, power steering belt kept coming off, and i got black flagged for exeeding noise limits (i stayed in 2nd as it picked up quicker and would nearly rev all the way out before the next turn)

    • It would be well worth deciding where you want to go and what you care about. Reliability of everything in a 34 drops MASSIVELY above the 300kw mark. Keeping everything going great at beyond that value will cost ten times the $. Clutches become shit, gearboxes (and engines/bottom ends) become consumable, traction becomes crap. The good news is looking legalish/actually being legal is slighly under the 300kw mark. I would make the assumption you want to ditch the stock plenum too and want to go a front facing unit of some description due to the cross flow. Do the bends on a return flow hurt? Not really. A couple of bends do make a difference but not nearly as much in a forced induction situation. Add 1psi of boost to overcome it. Nobody has ever gone and done a track session monitoring IAT then done a different session on a different intercooler and monitored IAT to see the difference here. All of the benefits here are likely in the "My engine is a forged consumable that I drive once a year because it needs a rebuild every year which takes 9 months of the year to complete" territory. It would be well worth deciding where you want to go and what you care about with this car.
    • By "reverse flow", do you mean "return flow"? Being the IC having a return pipe back behind the bumper reo, or similar? If so... I am currently making ~250 rwkW on a Neo at ~17-18 psi. With a return flow. There's nothing to indicate that it is costing me a lot of power at this level, and I would be surprised if I could not push it harder. True, I have not measured pressure drop across it or IAT changes, but the car does not seem upset about it in any way. I won't be bothering to look into it unless it starts giving trouble or doesn't respond to boost increases when I next put it on the dyno. FWIW, it was tuned with the boost controller off, so achieving ~15-16 psi on the wastegate spring alone, and it is noticeably quicker with the boost controller on and yielding a couple of extra pounds. Hence why I think it is doing OK. So, no, I would not arbitrarily say that return flows are restrictive. Yes, they are certainly restrictive if you're aiming for higher power levels. But I also think that the happy place for a street car is <300 rwkW anyway, so I'm not going to be aiming for power levels that would require me to change the inlet pipework. My car looks very stock, even though everything is different. The turbo and inlet pipes all look stock and run in the stock locations, The airbox looks stock (apart from the inlet being opened up). The turbo looks stock, because it's in the stock location, is the stock housings and can't really be seen anyway. It makes enough power to be good to drive, but won't raise eyebrows if I ever f**k up enough for the cops to lift the bonnet.
    • There is a guy who said he can weld me piping without having to cut chassis, maybe I do that ? Or do I just go reverse flow but isn’t reverse flow very limited once again?
    • I haven’t yet cut the chassis, maybe I switch to a reverse flow. I’ve got the Intercooler mounted as I already had it but not cut yet. Might have to speak to an engineer
    • Yes that’s another issue, I always have a front mount, plus will be turbo plus intake will big hasstle. I’ve been told if it looks stock they’re fine with it by a couple others who have done it ahahaha.    I know @Kinkstaah said the stock gtt airbox is limiting but I might just have to do that to avoid a defect so it atleast looks legit. Or an enclosed pod so it’s hidden away and feed air from the snorkel and below Intercooler holes like kinstaah mentioned. Hmm what to do
