I think the regs say you need hella flush 20" chromies and dose, also neons are mandatory.

Mine is nearly finished, its actually booked in next week to have the neons fitted and tuned, they should give me about 100 extra killerwasps at the sub woofer.

Neons are old school, kind of like carbys.
