who do you guys use for having a punt on Motorsport in general ?

there are a few places which have basic futures on F1 MotoGP but nothing really comprehensive.

I noticed centrebet have V8SC options but that's it.

What do people use ?

Sky Sport's commentator Anthony Davidson remains in hospital after breaking his back in a high-speed accident at the Le Mans 24 hours.

Taking part in the legendary endurance race in a Toyota TS030 Hybrid, Davidson's car flipped at the entry to Mulsanne Corner when the Ferrari he was lapping turned in on him. The impact sent Davidson careering into the barriers at high speed.

The 33-year-old was taken to the circuit's medical centre and then transferred to the hospital where scans revealed he had broken two vertebrae in the impact.

"I have felt better, that's for sure," Davidson, who will remain in hospital until Wednesday, said in an interview with Toyota Motorsport.

"I am in a bit of pain, in my lumber area, the middle area of my back. That's the only thing that hurts really so I've been lucky.

"Basically I have two broken vertebrae; T11 and T12. The doctors say the average recovery time is three months, but that's an average person not a professional sportsman or athlete.

"That estimate is to get back to an absolutely healed bone; as strong as it was before. It's more like three weeks until the pain subsides and I get my mobility back fully."

Describing the accident, the former F1 driver said: "I was almost completely past the car after the apex of the kink. I passed a Corvette and a Ferrari with the pro driver sticker on. They were fighting each other and I just assumed the Ferrari ahead was part of their group and therefore another pro.

"The car was all the way to the left as you would expect a pro driver to do. It was only when I got right up to the back that I realised it was one of the amateur-stickered cars.

"But I still wasn't alarmed, I still felt it was a completely legitimate move and thought he would stay to the left, which it looked like he was doing. I made the apex of the corner, started to brake and I was almost out of the corner when I felt contact on the left rear.

"Instantly it spun the car, pivoted round to the left, then took off and turned upside down. At that point I felt I was in an aeroplane out of control. I knew how close the barriers were, and travelling at that speed I was going to be there in no time. That part of the crash was pretty petrifying.

"It crashed back down to the ground, I felt an almighty punch up my spine when the car hit back down on four wheels. I still had my eyes closed and my hands off the wheels, in the brace position. Half a second after that I had the forward impact into the barrier."

He added: "I reopened my eyes and realised I was still here, albeit in a bit of pain. I had feeling and could move my feet; everything was working. I know I should stay in the car, especially with back pain, but initially I felt full of panic and claustrophobia, I just had to get out of the car. It was really odd. I banged the door open and clambered out carefully because I knew I was in pain. I had to stretch out and the closest point was the side of the car, then the medics came over."

Yeah he seems to have gotten out of it relatively well.

props to him, talented guy, sometimes seems to show the chip on his shoulder a bit to much but it's understandable when you see the level of some of the drivers in F1 watching from the sidelines.

    • So I'm going to have to keep ignoring the 4.7 update, or whatever version it is? Poop. I was hoping you'd put me out of my misery.
    • We have a huge update coming in the next few months, version 5 of Invision will be released. I'm holding off any changes until after this change as I'm not sure what features will be removed or introduced.
    • Yeah, plenty of air flow, there is a dedicated path that feeds the air in to the OEM intake tube behind the bumper As for a "tangible effect", maybe, but getting the pod/intake air out of the hot engine bay is worth it psychologically to me, even if it gives no performance difference, so the tangible effect in my Lizard brain saysss yessss  In the end, to me a tangible effect isn't always about performance, sometimes it a sound or a look, or even a...... feeling  Ooga-Chaka Ooga-Ooga Ooga-Chaka Ooga-Ooga Ooga-Chaka Ooga-Ooga Ooga-Chaka Ooga-Ooga
    • yeah first and reverse is where you will find clutch release issues (whether hydraulic or mechanical) because the difference in revs required is the highest there; particularly changing down from 2nd to 1st when still moving. To be clearer though, it is possible that the clutch release bearing is the wrong height. This is less likely than a hydraulic issue but it is not unheard of when you are mixing and matching
    • Quite right, if you make it to that pension you deserve every cent
