In D3 the waypoints work different so you can't really rush a character to the harder difficulties you need to grind through the whole game in all four difficulties and at the same time the maps aren't randomly generated like D2, some parts are random but its not the same its mostly the same maps over and over. Also you'll hit lvl 60 alot sooner than you should then after that xp doesn't exist and all your doing is grinding the same maps for item drops.

^^ yeah thats annoying.

I am up to inferno, about half way through decided to go back to hell and grind some gold to get some better gear.

Regards to an act that I have really enjoyed. I really enjoyed ACT 3, the only act i didnt enjoy was the first and that was due to those stupid freaking trees. I have not lost interest in the game so far and have clocked some hours on my Wizard. Could I do it all again? not right now but speak to me when Arena is released.

Finished inferno on my wizard. Killed Diablo with 1 barb, 1 wizard and 1 demon hunter + me. Hardest part was shadow diablo. Try fighting 4 clones lol

Spent 79 hours total on my wizard...Fair bit of hours

Time to wait for PvP but nevertheless will suck when our latency is at its best of 270ms

dunno why everyone complains about latency issues. I rarely have problems. At times I do get a little lag i'll admit, but not often.

can understand why people playing hardcore complain though.... but those people are honestly retarted.

Whats your setup?

and what DPS and armor?

I'm at approx 40k dps buffed after nerfs. I have used almost highest grade of gems in my gear stacking heaps of vitality and intel. All of my armour has high resistances (all types) otherwise getting one shotted is not fun. Plus help with arcane shield and diamond skin keeps you alive when needed most.

I've spent millions of gold trying to gather decent weapons and specific armour. Farming is best done on hell a couple of times. Or farm act 1 over and over again on your own.

Do you firm the whole thing or specific acts?

Do you mean act 1 inferno or act 1 hell?

Struggle to find any good gear and don't have money to AH. Quite a noob.

Have about a 19K DPS in my stats 26kHP.

Haven't played inferno in a while, as I can barely start act 2.

Quite sure I can survive act 1, but only just.

I recently bought this game after all the hype about it, just killed the Skeleton king in act 1.

I find the game very boring and all im doing is clicking repetitively :/ no skill required.

I play a Monk btw.

You had to have been a big fan of d2 to really appriciate the game

I think your right MUZT3k, I never played any other diablo game.

in regards to boiracer, I just feel like im constantly left clicking a bunch of enemies continuously and nothing else happening.

I think I would have enjoyed it more 10 years ago if it came out haha!

lol, thats true i guess. just get yourself O.P. enough and you only need to left click a few times each fight :)

some characters require a bit more effort and a few more buttons, and others you can add some buttons to keep it entertaining. I try and get around to using all the talents at some point. there really is alot to it.

took down diablo on hell yesterday. thats my goal reached  (i found the bosses not so hard...but those rare elites and their molten, fire chain, vortex nonsense...gahh)

started farming for mats to make the staff of herding for now, inferno later

    • Was going to say the car pulls up nicely everywhere, especially going into that last long right hander before the main straight. Looks like a lot of fun.
    • Hey Dave, welcome aboard! Good to see another soon-to-be Stagea owner here. The wagons are awesome — plenty of space, still got that Skyline DNA, and loads of potential if you’re into mods. Definitely post up pics when you get it, everyone here loves seeing new builds. What model/year are you looking at?
    • See if you can thermal epoxy a heatsink or two onto it?
    • The other problem was one of those "oh shit we are going to die moments". Basically the high spec Q50s have a full electric steering rack, and the povo ones had a regular hydraulic rack with an electric pump.  So couple of laps into session 5 as I came into turn 2 (big run off now, happily), the dash turned into a christmas tree and the steering became super heavy and I went well off. I assumed it was a tyre failure so limped to the pits, but everything was OK. But....the master warning light was still on so I checked the DTCs and saw – C13E6 “Heat Protection”. Yes, that bloody steering rack computer sitting where the oil cooler should be has its own sensors and error logic, and decided I was using the steering wheel too much. I really appreciated the helpful information in the manual (my bold) POSSIBLE CAUSE • Continuing the overloading steering (Sports driving in the circuit etc,) “DATA MONITOR” >> “C/M TEMPERATURE”. The rise of steering force motor internal temperature caused the protection function to operate. This is not a system malfunction. INSPECTION END So, basically the electric motor in the steering rack got to 150c, and it decided to shut down without warning for my safety. Didn't feel safe. Short term I'll see if I can duct some air to that motor (the engine bay is sealed pretty tight). Long term, depending on how often this happens, I'll look into swapping the povo spec electric/hydraulic rack in. While the rack should be fine the power supply to the pump will be a pain and might be best to deal with it when I add a PDM.
    • And finally, 2 problems I really need to sort.  Firstly as Matt said the auto trans is not happy as it gets hot - I couldn't log the temps but the gauge showed 90o. On the first day I took it out back in Feb, because the coolant was getting hot I never got to any auto trans issues; but on this day by late session 3 and then really clearly in 4 and 5 as it got hotter it just would not shift up. You can hear the issue really clearly at 12:55 and 16:20 on the vid. So the good news is, literally this week Ecutek finally released tuning for the jatco 7 speed. I'll have a chat to Racebox and see what they can do electrically to keep it cooler and to get the gears, if anything. That will likely take some R&D and can only really happen on track as it never gets even warm with road use. I've also picked up some eye wateringly expensive Redline D6 ATF to try, it had the highest viscosity I could find at 100o so we will see if that helps (just waiting for some oil pan gaskets so I can change it properly). If neither of those work I need to remove the coolant/trans interwarmer and the radiator cooler and go to an external cooler....somewhere.....(goodbye washer reservoir?), and if that fails give up on this mad idea and wait for Nissan to release the manual 400R
